They claim their iPhone digitizers are OEM, but they are cheap knockoffs. They they refuse to refund your money, even though they lied. They send defective parts but refuse to send replacements when you return them even though they agreed to do so. Chris is the contact person, and he and his company have no concept of customer service. I don't know how they stay in business. They owe us hundreds of dollars. Never again. Take a look at their grade "F" report on the Better Business Bureau's website.

Go Figure I have done business with them in the past with no issues but I purchased a Smartclip box from them it didnt work at all I have an AC ADAPTER STRAIGHT FROM Smartclip themselves and have verified the voltage and amperage on it. I sent everything in to (GOunlock)Skystartrade even my Personal AC adapter and they are trying to tell me the TRUE OEM Smartclip AC adapter shorted out there box. I am a CERTIFIED ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN. I can tell you with 100% certainty it was not my AC adapter as I verified its output to be 10v 1amp. They informed me they would send a replacement unit out if my adapter did not damage a new unit WHICH IT DID NOT. But instead they retracted that statement and told me the only option I had was to send them $50 more dollars to get a replacement unit. With no other choice I have done so and still have not seen this replacement unit or tracking on it. SO BUYERS BEWARE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

So to continue an explination on this matter. Due to me posting in multiple forums this exact transaction and my dealings with them they have refunded my $50 and have not offered any tracking on returning my item to me. SO BUYERS BE VERY AWARE This is the header of there email

So were is my unit were is my AC ADAPTER that I personally OWN. Were is my REFUND on the unit if they are not going to return it to me. How is this customer service. I followed there guidelines and rules And they Say they are blocking my emails and will hang up on me now. GOT TO LOVE THIS ONE.

SO NO I AM NOT SURPRISED ABOUT THE PREVIOUS STATEMENTS MADE THAT THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU AS SEEN THEY ARE INSTRUCTED TO DO SO.
