In response to "Janer" Not her real name. John did reply back to her re. making a special trip. This was politely declined. What is also inaccurate is the fact that John did indeed give a full refund. At Happy Nappy we try to give the best service possible to everyone. With any full service business especially like this, it can be very difficult to manage changes in all of the 1000+ of customers. Given that, we have to be understanding that families schedules do change quickly. All of her concerns were addressed and we thought everything was ok. I guess not...We wish you all the best and suggest that before reviews like this are posted that at least a few days have passed to see if the matter has been resolved. In this case, since billing is done for the future, all you had to do is look at your account to see a full refund on the next billing cycle.

I used Comfy Cotton for my first child but decided to give Happy Nappy a try for my second because the diapers are fitted. We used the diapers for 4 months and then decided to cancel the service. Though we gave more than two weeks notice, the owner, John, was obviously not pleased that we were cancelling. Bottom line: he forgot to deliver our diapers for our last week of service and refused to give us a refund. Our delivery day was Friday. We left the diapers out on Friday and went away for the weekend. When we returned Monday evening, the dirty (stinking) diapers were still on our porch and there were no new diapers. We had to rush out and buy disposables. When I contacted him to find out what had happened, he claimed to have forgotten and asked if we needed diapers. I said no, since I had bought disposables, but expressed concern regarding the dirty diapers. I assumed he would refund me the week since we did not receive service but so far, he has refused. In fact, he has stopped bothering to respond to my emails on the matter. Since the company relies on word of mouth for its business growth, I am using the only tool I have at my disposal: please be warned, John seems to have a weird sense of customer service. I would definitely NOT recommend Happy Nappy. Go with Comfy Cotton.
