Very poor communication
I (tried) to order a product from them and hadn't received anything. I called and emailed the company several times, before I heard back from the company's owner Larry Cooper. He said he would call me back later in the week to update me on the status of my order, which he did not do. When I finally got a hold of him again, I just canceled my order.

Where is my order?
I ordered several items on January 4th and received an email they would ship within 5 days. It is now January 17th and have not received anything from them. I have left phone messages and have emailed them and heard nothing back from them. I'm beginning to think I've been ripped off.

order didn't come, Company won't return email or phone calls
I ordered on Dec 20, 2008. Received email that said order would be shipped in 5 days. Now Jan 16, 2009 and no order and company has not returned phone calls or email.

No product, no refund
I placed an order on 11/23/08 for holiday presents. The next day I received an email that my order would be shipped within 5 business days. On December 17, 2008 I contacted them about my order and I was notified the next day that my items were on backorder and that they would be in stock in about two weeks. I cancelled my order and was told the refund was being processed. It is now January 16, 2009 and no refund. This company has poor communication procedures and unacceptable practices. They have had my money for one and a half months and I have nothing. I want my money back!
