was charged for order never received confirmation contacted herb city and was told he was on vacation will ship in few days upon return heard nothing after return date passed contacted again told standard pat answer do not worry did not receive after two weeks contacted again did not have a clue who i was although e mail contained original thread upon reminding him was told it was shipped don't believe it for a minute finally agreed to send order received inferior stuff to what i ordered was a regular customer bur not anymore
