This store was Awesome ! Their customer service goes unsurpassed. I ordered a helmet and visor and wanted to make sure it was available since I could not find it anywhere. They responded to me at 10pm on a holiday to tell me that it was. I have since ordered back at Hockey Galore.Ca 3 times and the service is fantastic. Their shipping costs are the going rates and if the item is not available, they order it direclty from the manufacturer and you get it 3 to 5 days later. But they let you know. The other customer's bad review is probably because he did not read their shipping and handling process and does not understand that this is a service on demand company. They don't always stock what you need . but are able to get it for you if you don't mind waiting a few days for it. Also, their communication is awesome...they will always answer to your emails within minutes and call you back if they cannot take your call immediately !
