I have spent between $15,000 to $20,000 since your store opened in South Surrey, 2525 - 160th Street. Having used up entire supply of a stock molding and having four rooms to go, I was told I have to go to Langley Store to get more. It couldn't be transferred in for me even though you needed stock and I would have prepaid. I will now have to return the amount of molding I have on hand. Good job Rona is only five minutes further away than your store.

Jan. 11, '09 I must relate the extraordinary service I received at the Loves Park, IL store from an employee named Terry Kruse. He spent enough time on several different products I was interested in and accommodated me with an exchange of a Black and Decker product which was unexpected of me. It is people like him that make companies highly successful. I will always try Home Depot before any other similar store. He should be commended. Thank you!

Today I went to purchase about $300-$400 dollars of electrical supplies,but when it came to getting assistance the associate decided he would rather help a friend than help me. I had been waiting for assistance about half an hour( which I did not mind) then when it was my turn for help I was ignored. I am in the Saint John store about two to three times a week buying supplies and most of the associates will come to me and ask how they can help and even joke around with me, but as of today I don't beleive I will return to the store again. We were in the Owen Souund site on January 22, 2007. We are looking to buy a personal sauna, hoping this will help my husbands health issues. Since these are very new on the market we were needing some insite on this product. Not only did we not get any info, we could not get anybody to give us the time of day much less than assistance. We asked employee's walking by, we went to the counter and stood waiting for somebody to ask us if they could help us - all to be totally ignored. After 30 minutes we decided to leave and going through the checkout, with our other purchases, we told the girl of our experience and she also did not show much concern.
