extended protection plan
i purchased a portable a/c at my local home depot and for some reason forgot about the extended plan. i went back the next day and was helped by JESSICA. she was very helpful and she knew just what to do. with her help i left a very satisfied costumer. the store i am writing about is the COURSEY LOCATION OF BATON ROUGE.

Manger like of respect to customer and associates
Home Depot on road to six flags in arlington tx . I have been going to this store for several years now . THE MANGER OF THIS STORE IS THE MOST UNFRIENDLY MANGER OF ALL HOME DEPOTS. HE DO NOT EVEN MINGLE WITH CUSTOMER AT ALL, WALK AROUND LIKE HE IS MAD AT THE WORLD. THE ASSOCATES ARE NOT NOT EVEN HAPPY ANY MORE AS THEY WRERE UNDER THE LAST MANGER . HE NEEDS TO WORK FOR LOWES WHERE THEY DO NOT MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME!

Great Service
I have been trying to grow some grass in my front yard and no nothing about it. So off to HomeDepot I went, great service started in the parking lot I was lost and a young man name Calvin pointed me in the right direction and now the hard part finding grass seeds. Well I found a very very nice sales rep. name Daniel he did ever thing except come to my house and plant the seeds. And now it's check out time and the cashier Mis Vicki was so plesent she talked with me about my project she even wanted a update I went in the store feeling dumb and came out feeling special Thanks Guy's Edna Jeter of El Dorado Ark.

CaShonna- Home depot, 100 Oaks, Nashville, TN was very customer friendly, helpful and curteous! I usually don't post reviews, but i would like to commend staff and customer service of home depot, 100 oaks, Nashville TN for their customer service qualities and honesty! I lost my phone in the store on 4/27/10 and when i came back looking for it, customer service had kept it safe for me. They even answered my husband's call and let him know that they found my phone.

Excellent Customer Service by Home Depot/Stanford Ranch/Roseville, CALIF. Garden Manager
I would like to say that Kyle McAlexander, Home Depot's Garden Store Manager, Stanford Ranch - Roseville, CALIF. was exceptional. I was interested in purchasing a large 15 gal. maple tree and asked Kyle if Home Depot had a FREE DELIVERY DAY, like another nursery nearby (Green Acres Nursery). Kyle told me they had not, but he would be willing to drive my heavy maple tree home in his truck after he finished work at 10:30 PM, since he also lived in Lincoln where I live, 10 miles from the Home Depot Store in Roseville!! I was absolutely blown away by his generous offer. When he arrived late that night with my tree I had waiting a check made out to him for his trouble, but he would not take it, saying, "Just come back to Home Depot." I certainly will! And, I will tell all my neighbors too here in Sun City. It's not very often that you meet someone so young, professional, helpful,and personable too. Kyle told me he recently got promoted to the Garden Dept. as the Manager and I can readily see why you have chosen him to promote. With his wonderful attitude, personality and work ethic, he will go far. What a great employee!

Compliment Home Depot Workers
I want to compliment two associate sales people at the Meadowview Home Depot in Sacramento, California. They were very helpful and if not for Andrey asking if I needed help, which is the first time ever that an associate has asked me without me seeking their help and Adrianna's pleasant help in the appliance section, I wouldn't have purchased my dishwasher that day. Helpful Staff at Home Depot 17ths Street, Edmonton, Alberta
I live in Sherwood Park however I find the Home Depot Representatives are not so helpful. We go to the Sherwood Park store to see what you have however we usually buy at Home Depot on 17th Street just off Whitemud freeway.
The staff at this store are incrediable. They are so happy and bend over backwards for you. Today I was helped by Manpreet in Kitchens, John in appliances and Keith in flooring. I can't tell you how helpful everyone was. John and Manpreet went out of their way to make sure I was looked after and also provided me with Phone #'s as to where I could get a counter top cut. Very pleasant staff. I commend them.

great service
Recently, we have had to go through the trials of researching, selecting and ordering kitchen cabinets. We got estimates from many companies and eventually decided to order from Thomasville at Home Depot. The associates in the kitchen department at the Home Depot off Ray Road were very helpful and patient, among those were Judy and Randy. However, I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Dave Fernandez who went above and beyond the call of duty to help us place and expedite our order during the busy holiday season. Having recently purchased a home and being completely without a kitchen, Dave understood our needs, and he took it upon himself to personally overlook and handle our purchase to ensure that things went smoothly. Mr.Fernandez is an employee with expertise, patience, understanding and respect, but also someone who would “go the extra mile” for others. Thank you Dave for all your help!

From the store manager on down!
The customer service that my husband and I received at the Roosevelt Park Store in Muskegon was very poor. When I called the 1-800-553-3199 customer care line to report the problem, they said that they would talk to the store manager and asked me to call back when the issue was resolved with the store manger. It was never resolved and now the customer service line will not return my calls. We are through with Home Depot. I will be sure to tell all of my family and friends about my unhappy experience with that store.

I would like to recogize Frank, Manager at the Salem,Oregon store. He was most helpful with a purchase of a surround for my pellet stove. However, he was upset with the treatment I received with the Eugene, Oregon Home Depot Store. I explained to him that he couldn't transfer my purchase to the Eugene Store, since they had told me with an earlier transfer (pellet stove from Bend,Oregon) "they would not make money on a 'clearance item'" and suggested I pick up the stove myself! Finally, I agreed to pay the shipping $150 before they would do the transfer of the insert. I thought at the time, that was a strange statement to make to me, their customer. They were willing to do the transfer for $1,474, but not after the Bend Store had reduced the pellet stove to $1,041! I agreed (reluctantly) to pay the $150, since I really wanted the pellet stove.

Frank, the Manager, at the Salem Store, feels I should have the shipping charge of $150 returned to me. (What do you think?) And that this was very poor customer service, and that would never have happened in his store.

GREAT EMPLOYEES
I RECENTLY BOUGHT A REFRIDGERATOR AND THERE WAS A MIXUP AT THE KONA STORE NUMBER1704 THE DELIVERY WAS NOT SET AND I WAS NOT CALLED I CONTACTED A MR BRIAN GARCIA AND HE GOT RIGHT ON IT AND SENT TWO OF HIS MEN IN THEIR TRUCK AND DELIVERED MY APPLIANCE WITHIN 2 HRS. MR GARCIA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HIS MEN WERE VERY COURTIOUS AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB MOVING THE REFRIDGERATOR UP TO THE 2ND FLOOR AND REMOVED THE OLD ONE,MR GARCIA IS TO BE COMMENDEED FOR THEIR FINE WORK AND RESTORED MY FAITH IN HOME DEPOT

BECAREFUL WHEN U RETURN STUFF AT HOME DEPOT
We went and return 3 items...
(first time we do that)
the cashier gave us a receipt and said thank you...
we thought that we get credit for ur next purchase...
and we notice on the receipt that says cash return...
so we went back.
it was only a couple of minutes... after we noticed that...
they made us wait them the cashier said that she doesn't remember if she did or didn't gaves our money back,
so she log out and stared counting her money
she said it doesn't come up...
and told us that they'll call us monday cuase the bookkeeper have to count it...they call back and told us that the cashier only had 88cents more.(were is our money???)
so we told her that they got cameras look at the video...
and she sad we have to call and it will costs us more than ur return...
she got mad i think cause she said fine come and get ur money.
it sounds like its coming out of her pocket and thats not right.
we want our money back not hers..
so i hope they keep investigating cause.we are for them bad people...
This happen at the home depot at independence Missouri on lees summit road
we just want people to know about it...so it doesn't happen again and ALSO so they can improved their system about issues like this.
for us. we will finish paying what we owed and cancel our credit line and bye bye home depot.
we have a really back experience...
so people be careful when u return something.
