When MSN initiatedf a NEW version of Hotmail, I can nolonger access stored messages in my original PAID FOR inbox!

hotmail got wierd on me once in many years.then suddenly it ba ecame windows and low and behold...all former mail gone and folders w vital info...drafts...contrcts...all gone and no way to get an answer...moving to google or gmail

I like hotmail, my first email address was a hotmail address, and I still use it today! I also have Gmail I love that too. Now don't get me started on Yahoo! cuz they suck! I am on my 4th account with them, because the keep deleting my account, so the only thing I use my suckie yahoo account for is yahoo answers. The only BAD thing about Hotmail is, is that I can't use it with my Macs "mail" application anymore. just another reason that Microsoft sucks

How can anyone complain about what they get for free! Obviously, hotmail users who seem to be having problems are the ones who don't PAY to use this service. If you can't accept these glitches, perhaps you might PAY someone to work them out OR pay for a service providing that. It is a courtesy of HOTMAIL to continue FREE ACCOUNTS when clearly the world is profiting from internet & it's services.

I used to be able to get my email. Every time I go to check it now there's never anything in this NEW LIVE Hotmail ...

I just want to use Mac Mail. Sympatico tech support told me I needed to use windows Hotmail to be able to get my mail when not at my computer or in Sympatico area - Why do I have to use ugly and frustration windows apps? xx!

my first computer world entre and hotmail was the first feature ilearned to use.so hotmails kind of like my online kindergartenin this computer kingdom.i recieve only a few emails a day and i like it that wayi ask people not to send me junk but one mans junk is another mansjoy!well not here.i am thankfull hotmail is available and covers many a medium for me.so thanks hotmail staff,have a wonderfull life!!!

What a load of old crap hotmail is.

I came into the room having the computer, typed some stuff, and it worked, one or two where interdefunct, but it worked. It apparently shot back off the front of the screen to the wires inside the computer connected to the phone line, through that to the computer on the other end, one responded, so to speak. Its great, a little televisionic, Hollywoodic, and even Artsy.

I use computers of friends all over the map, not having my own as yet. That combined with the fact I work remote so only access my e-mails once a month or so, it is frustrating to not be able to access the mail, due to what they say is incorrect info and I can't reset because no access to the account . What's a girl to do? Seriously, Hotmail, what am I to do? ejsy

I have been trying to work with mozilla firefox and turns out that its a paint too...can anybody fix this browser...

I find that I seem to periodically (every month) go through periods of not being able to access my hotmail account. This lasts ususally for 3 days or more. I am using my hotmail to connect with prospective employers as I am seeking work. This inability to us my hotmail account is causing me great grief.

I used to like it But the more I am here the more I get frustrated I cant ign in half the time and there is no other way to get my emails

The interface is good, but when you get right down to it, they don't give you much, and they cut you off if your account becomes full of spam (constant problem) because there isn't enough space. Don't use this service if you intend to get more than a few email in a day, and don't check it all the time! Use Gmail - far superior service.

There is nothing to say about. People say that they get too many spam emails but I am sure Hotmail is doing their best. It's other websites' fault. Well I am sure they will take care of this problem as soon as possible.
