Got a really good and fast return this year but the guy who did my return seemed quite unhappy and not wanting to be there.

I recently filed my tax returns from H & R block. They have no clue what they are doing. They charged me heavily for filing the return and later i got a notice from PA state revenue department that i will not get any refund. It cost me 500+ USD. Upon calling back to the HR block office, this guy told me that yes there was a mistake and nothing can be done. I am very dissatisfied with their service and will post it everywhere to save people from spending their hard earn money.
