Poor responsiveness
Dear Sir

I have received your alert regarding the invaliditry of my old e mail id in yahoo sent to my cell No.09437094477.
The yahoo account is invalid as it was hacked.
Please send all details in this e mail id . However I have till date not received the frequent flier card from your airlines.
Shortly I am scheduled to travel by jetlite from Guwahati to KolKata and then Kolkata to Bhubenewar on 14th of June, hope I will receive the card in the address given below.
Kindly also post me about the current status of my Jet privilege account.
I was forced to rate it as poor because, since receiving the sms I have tried at your counters at most airports of India but failed to get any response in this matter. No one cares to record the request that had come to me through sms to my mobile from your headquarters.
Inconveniences regreted.

Lost baggage
I recently flew Newark-Mumbai-Newark on Jet Airways ( Oct29, Nov.29)for the first time. The service in the air was excellent. Nice aircraft, very good meal selection, clean rest rooms, very good cabin staff etc. The boarding service can be improved at Newark by letting passengers know when the boarding will start. A little more custner focus on the part of Newark staff will be helpful.
My nightmare statred when one of my bags did not come to Mumbai. It seemed to me that the Mumbai staff was incented to harrass the passenger instead of help and pay as little as possible for inconvenience. The number to call was often busy. My relative from Delhi was able to help instead of the Mumbai staff. I was offered Rs.18000 compensation for the contents which I did not take. The bag arrived after 3 weeks all beaten up. In the mean time I had to buy clothes,other necessities and gifts for the family. I was given Rs. 6000 compensation for late baggage literally minutes before I left to return back to USA. Out of that I had to pay a tip to the person who delivered cash. I feel that Jet Airways has an opportunity to compete with the best in class and not be just another mediocre airline. I hope that Jet Airways will improve its baggage handling and passenger communication processes so passengers with limited time in India do not go through the bad experience like mine.

WORST ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Based in Melbourne I booked tickets online for BKK-CCU-BKK sector and due to the error of Jetairways online booking system, which didn't confirm the first booking, ended up with duplicate booking for the same sector. My credit card was charged Rs. 29,053.00 twice. On being contacted, Jetairways instead of reversing the full amount of duplicated transaction have reversed only a part - Rs 23,630 without any satisfactory reason. The only way they are contactable from overseas is through email and none of my emails seeking resolution of this matter have been responded. I have asked to be provided with the contact numbers of the Customer Resolutions Manager but no response so far. I have asked to a reasonable explanation as to why full duplicated transaction hasn't been reversed - AGAIN NO SATISFACTORY RESPONSE!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANY AIRLINE I HAVE EVER FLOWN! NO ONE TO TAKE OWNERSHIP WITH THE CUSTOMER BEING LEFT OUT!

THE CUSTOMER CHARTER BOASTS JETAIRWAY'S COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER BUT IN REALITY NO ONE GIVES A DAMN ABOUT LISTENING TO THE COMPLAINTS...
