I went to joes crab shack on feb. 14 2011 it was my 15th anniversary i ordered one of the steam pots and an appitizer and 2 alcoholic bevarages. the food was excellent. the service was quick. the wait staff was energetic and exciting. one of the steampots was cooked well but wasnt hot enough for my guess standards. the wait staff promptly took the steampot back and in a few min. it was right back and hot and steamy and just perfect. a manager came over and asked how was our meal. we told him it was a lil cold at 1st but the waiter took care of it immediately and we were very pleased. the manager, james neal, was very courteous and polite. he gave us a desert for our trouble. he said it was on him and he also tried to help us find a local motel so we could celebrate our 15th anniversary. we have been at joe's before and have always had great service. but we will continue to advise all of our clients to visit joe's crab shack and mr. james neal. wat a great manager.surely one of a kind and a great asset to joe's crab shack.

Had a great lunch at Joe's thanks to Walter. Walter was a great waiter showing up just when I needed him and leaving me to enjoy my feast when not needed. He was very helpful with suggestions and spicey crab balls were a welcome addition to my choice. I had the Cajun pot and as always came away completely satisfied with the experience. Today I had lunch at Joes in Baton Rouge, La. As usual my meal was wonderful (Barbque Shrimp ROCK!) I was waited on by Kyle. He was great. He was attentive, friendly and patient. Good customer service is slowly becoming a thing of the past so having Kyle as my waiter/bartender was a very refreshing experience. He is the right person to work in a upbeat, laidback atmosphere as Joes. You hired a great person!!!
