It seems I should have read the reviews on this place before I ordered. I paid the extra amount for UPS Ground, which was twice the amount of their 'bargain' ship rate they were offering. As it stands now, I should have taken that as I will probably (hopefully) get my order a few weeks/months later than I wanted at this rate. I will NEVER do business with them again. I contacted them by phone and got a line of BS like others have.

Several months later and numerous phone calls and still no refund on product that I paid for but they did not ship. I have been promised a refund to be credited to my card, then they said they didn't have the number to do the credit, gave them the number and waited again, no refund. Then they said they would send me a check for the refund, and I never got that. Called them today, and after talking to three different people and being sent to voice mail only once, they promised to "process" the refund request and send me a check. This is absolutely ridiculous for a small refund under $100, to have to wait months, and make so many calls, and I am still waiting for a refund.

I placed my order on June 22, 2009. I ordered with 2nd day air in order to receive my order by Friday, June 26th. June 26th has come and gone. For over a week, I've been told by customer service reps and supervisors that my order was "going out the next day". Still nothing. After being re-assured that my order was on UPS truck and going out one evening, I call the next day to find out from another rep that my order did not go out because there was an item on back order. 3 weeks now...nothing. Their customer service reps are full of sh!t.

Recommended supplier. The shipping is cheap and quick.
