I wanted to exchange two bras which did not fit properly that were purchased on sale. After 30 minutes of searching, I finally found two others in different styles which were my size. The bra styles and sizes were a jumbled mess. Thought I had found one bra that would suffice but the one in the box was a different style.
Went to the return desk and was able to exchange one but was told I would have to pay full price for the second. I declined and asked for a refund to my credit card. Instead I was issued a store credit which I didn't want. I will not be shopping at Kohl's again.

I unfortunately purchased a $200.00 gift card for a family member who has had a difficult time using same to take advantage of advertised sales using same. They also cannot pay for their purchases with the gift card. I will never buy a gift card at this store or recommend same to any of my friends and intend to report this unfair practice.

after purchasing almost $300 of clothes, i attempted to pay for it with a personal check, 2 forms of id. it was declined and an "800" phone number printed out to call to receive a reason why it was declined. i was told it is kohl's policy to decline everybody's first check they write at kohls department store and that most people will then pay with cash or credit. the supervisor of kohl's phone center this is due to th loss of over $200,000 in bad checks. i replie, that however, there is a 2-3% charge by major credit card companies as a cost of charge accounts which about equeals the 1-2% bad check rate experienced by most retailors. i also asked how one is ever allowed to use a check to pay for purchased: the computer keeps track of the declines and some time in the future your check could be accepted: but how will i every know when that is.

regarding your store on 75thSt in Woodridge. Your clothing buyers need to do a better job of selecting clothes for the over 65 year old women. There is a large number of women in this area that would buy clothes if you had something good to offer. Please charge more but please give us something to choose from. Better quality and higher prices would be appreciated. Whoever thought of Vera Wang clothes is most certainly out of touch with this age group of women. In the past you offered very nice clothing but what happened to your selection. Buyers please, please take note and give us something to buy. Pantsuits, dresses, would be appreciated.
