 Express gold I needed to incorporate fast. From the description I would be up and running in 10 days. Didn't need the "frills" paid for quick service. False!!Initial corp papers arrived day 10. Federal tax ID almost 3 weeks. without Fed tax ID could not work. Take standard package & go to fed web site for ID. Cheaper & quicker. Feel I was misled.

 positive from start to finishwe (my husband and I) heard about legalzoom on the radio three years ago and since then we've done several services with them. we both have our wills there, my husband used it to create an llc, and i formed a nonprofit. no problems so far. my attorney friend looked at my nonprofit forms and he said something along the lines of 'sh**, that's about as good as i could have done it.
