A very disappointed customer
I had recently bought a bucket of Clorine tablets from your store in Danville but found out later that I did not need them as we had gotten a supply from another source. Today, I tried to return the tablets to the store where I had bought them. I returned the bucket along with the receipt but was informed that they would not take them in return. I explained that I had not opened or used any of the tablets but had merely taken them home, put them by the door, and returned them today. In response, the individual that I was dealing with, went and got another bucket and placed it next to mine and stated that his bucket appeared to have more tablets than the one that I had returned. Because of this, he denied my request for a refund. I can only surmise that the reference was to imply that I had not been truthfull. I have to admit that I had not counted the tablets that were originally sold to me nor did I believe that I would have to (but I will now to see if I may have been shortchanged when I had made my original purchase).
I have been a customer of Leslie's Since at least the early 90's and have literally spent thousand's with Leslies for needed supplies for my swimming pools and cannot remember a time when I had to return any of my purchases. You can be rest assured that any future needs will be obtained elsewhere.
Very Poor Customer Relations.
