What a rip off! You pay for your "package" and then when the day comes to pick out your albums, pics, etc you find all of these fees and extra photo charges . they purposefully did not explain to us over the phone all the details when setting up an appointment to make our albums. I asked again what I can pick out and I got a vague description, when we got there we realized why - they try to upsell you everything! And no matter how many times we said we're not looking to spend more money, they were still persistent... "how about half price" - UNREAL! Even the pics with bride and parents turned out awful and they don't care. AWFUL COMPANY THEY WORK LIKE A MARKETING SCHEME!
