Macy's website is a great place to go if they don't have your size in the store. I use them at least 3 times a year simply for the ease of not having to drive to the mall and deal with the crowds. Free shipping as well for certain orders! Great customer service if you have questions about your online order.

Macy's is a pretty site but hard to navigate. I wish they had a "View All" option!

Delores, at the Northgate Macy's in Seattle, WA sold me 4 terry cloth bath robes as a gift for my son and his wife to use poolside in Palm Springs. She was helpful in trying to locate Macy's there so the robes could be picked up by my son and not cost me shipping. She was willing to do this and let the clerk in Palm Springs get the commission. Instead, I chose to let Delores ring up the sale and she saved me $220 with reward card discounts; provided me with an enclosure card & gift receipt. She got it ready to ship from her store. She was so helpful and did a nice job. She made the whole shopping experience simple, fast and a good value. Thanks

I visited the Bridal Department this morning. Tammy helped me with all of my purchases and was most helpful and friendly. Carol helped me get my packages to the car. Romaro Carter,deserves a promotion, an elevation worthy of his impeccable conduct and professional manner in dealing with me. I am one of Macy's long-time and top customers. The problem was that in 2008, at the end of the summer season, I purchased sandles, but did not realize that they were not mates (two left shoes). A male clerk refused me entirely and would do nothing about crediting my account for this error. Bewildered, I saw Mr. Carter and asked if he could help me. Without hesitation, he told the watchful clerk, who would not help with the problem, even though I told him, that it was not my fault. Mr. Carter credited my account for the clearance shoes. I am a new grandma at age 59 and didn't have a clue about buying baby out-fits for my new granddaughter. Dalene, at University Mall in Utah gave outstanding service by helping me put out-fits together and getting me the right sizes, and alot of other helpfull buying tips.

I shopped at the Lancomb counter in September. Pat at the Lancomb counter is wonderful! Pat is never pushy: she is informative, caring and helpful. I do not have a Macys near my home, I will be looking forward to stopping in on my next visit in November and seeing this sweet lady.

I was impressed by the wonderful service and friendliness of the cosmetics associate at the Origins counter, Christina. She was working alone and had to take care of several customers while doing my makeup. She managed to do it all with such patience and professionalism and keep everyone happy. It was a very enjoyable experience. Thank you!
