Poor Customer Service Upfront costs were not shared; concerns were not addressed; charged $109 for 45 minutes of work; charged $25 trip charge with no consideration given for waiting 3+ hours for service call that did not take place during the 3 hour time frame given - was all but called a liar when questioned why service did not take place during the time scheduled
