What happened to customer service???
It seems like even the floor managers don't have time to satisfy the customer. And to be told, "You get what you pay for." That's wrong!
Did someone forget to tell them the customer's always right? All I was requesting was for my medium fry to be "topped-up".

cold food
I always liked macdonalds since i was a kid but now it's just gross i live in nova scotia canada and there are some resttaurants that are better than others but there is one in coldbrook n.s. that if the company ceo ate there they would strip the name off the sign or at least they should. if the food is'nt cold is made wrong and if its not cold when it's made it useualy is after 30 min waiting in the drive thru.the last time the fry's were so old that my dog had a hard time eating them.so in a nutshell coldbrook macdonals serves slop and should be ashamed to take peoples money and give them garbage.

WHY?
I'm really disappointed about the fact that they replace the orange pop by coke zero! why would u do that when it's family restaurant i know there's fruit topia but still it was the best pop ever and my kids aren't happy and i'm not the only one! would it be possible to have both! hopefully you'll do something about it!

MAC WRAP--DISCUSTING
Terrible--1/2 a cold beef pattie, about 1 tsp. grated cheese, 1 tsp of sauce, two shreds of lettuce and two thin, small slices of pickle all wrapped up in a cold wrap. We left it on the tray and walked out. It looked so good in the advertisements.--ONLY GOOD FOR THE GARBAGE!!!Give us a BIG MAC ANYTIME!!

extremely dis-appointed
out late at night decide to visit the drive thru,placed my order,upon getting home and opening my bag,noticed that all the monopoly game pieces were already torn open,wow quite the surprise for me,i guess having no winner and very late at night,this store on leila ave winnipeg,were expecting no complaints,perhaps this store should pay more attention to their employee's.

medicine hat mcdonalds
Never again will I eat at Mcdonalds in Medicine Hat.The service was bad.This Mcdonalds must be under new mangement last year I stoped in at the same Mcdonalds and it was great.The way the crew were being spoken to was upsetting the order was all wrong and I believe it do to the way the crew was being spoken too.
