 Medshopexpress is a horrible company. Stay away!
First off, they dropped an item off my confirmed order without EVER bothering to notify me in any way. Strangely enough, it was the one item that I went to their site to buy, since they had a better price than other places. I ordered over $100 worth of stuff since I could have it all shipped for the same amount of s/h as it would be if I had only ordered that main item. Eventually someone answered by customer service ticket via email and was not helpful at all. Secondly, they didn't even process the order until 11 days after I placed it. No word from them in any way after the original confirmation email. Thirdly, when it finally arrived, yet another item was dropped off the order with NO MENTION of it whatsoever. Not as backordered, cancelled, nothing. However, accourding to my bank statement they charged me the $10.99 for that item as if it were included. There is no contact info on the packing slip other than telling us to go to the website and click the customer service tab. That leads to only being able to submit a service "ticket". I attempted to call the phone number on the bank statement but got a recording saying it was past business hours and to leave a number and a message. Which is weird since the return address on the outside of the package shows that they are in the same time zone as I am. Apparently they close before quite early in the afternoon. I am very unhappy with this company. They have extremely poor customer service. Customers should be given an accurate time frame in which they will receive their order as well as notification if they have to cancel or backorder an item. I will not being doing business with this company again and I am actively looking for web boards to post my opinion of them. There are too many great companies online to bother with inferior ones.
