The worst customer service I have ever encountered!!!
My phone was disconnected for non-payment, it was an oversite, I understand why I was disconnected.I paid with my credit card as soon as I learned that it was disconnected at aproximatly 10pm last night, the recording said the reconnect would take up to 2 hours, it took 12 hours. I call customer service but as usual they cant connect you to a rep, so i drive to th location where i bought the phone and signed up for service. I get a number to call from the attendant as I complain about this inconvience. He tells me that he has gotten many similar complaints about people paying and still having problems recently.
I call the 800 number at apriximatly 11:00 a.m 6/5/2008. The dealer explains that this number has a glich, you have to know to respond to the cue that designates you a authorized dealer or else you cant talk to anyone. When I speak with representitive #85409 she is pretty helpful as she spots my payment and proceeds to post it to my account,promptly turning my phone on. She explains that they have switched to a new billing system and that alot of payments didn't post just like mine didn't and appoligized. I asked for a credit for my inconvience and she informed me that they gave no credits under any circumstances, so I asked for a manager.
When the manager #84487 when the manager gets on the line, I explain the situation and he proceeds to LIE to me, telling me that the reason I my service was not turned back on in the 2 hours stated was because i didn't pay on time. I informed him that I had already talked to an authorized dealer and a customer service agent and they both informed me that the company is experiencing techinal difficulties and that this situation is not my fault but the fault of the company.He persisted to say it was my fault and that no credits would be given even if the company is at fault.
I was getting emotional and very heated because I feared that I may have missed a call for a job interview of even worse, they called and got the message that my phone wasdisconnected.I told him that his companies problem may have costed me much more that just an iconvience.
The fact that he kept lying to me frustrated me to no end, regretably i blew up at him informing him that I would be dropping this service a.s.a.p and I will inform everyone who will listen not to deal with company.
I cant believe the poor quality of service and the disrespect that a person in authority would give a customer who has not had a disconect since I signed up for this service.(and there was a problem then as well).. NO WAY ARE THE SAVINGS WORTH DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY..
