Website is tough to navigate.
I ordered a 4 and a 5 Hybrid on Thursday last week, Got an email saying they were shipped on Friday,got them on Sat. Used them Sunday and Wednesday. They got me out of trouble that my normal 4 & 5 irons wouldn't have. I also like my Great Escape club.
I like the club.
Do something about the website to make it easier to work with.

I have tried to order from their website twice without success. It is pathetic! VBS errors, over and over. Doesn't anyone manage this website? I can understand the fact that everything isn't in stock at all times. I'm sure they have the components and build as needed. But if you can't take an order on your website...what's the point?

I would just like to say that your advertising an expensive item which I tried to order the same day that I received your spring catalog that of course was all sold out. Then the sales pitch starts about the cheaper product that you have in stock which seems to be your M

Company has a demonstrated history of advertising merchandise that they do not have in stock. I suspect they send out promotion literature to generate orders for major items(which they take on backorder)so they know how much stock to order from their suppliers. Saves inventory costs, but loses customers...

This company should look into their customer service staff. They have listed erroneous address as Ship to's and failed to correct after numerous conversations. Management should provide a direct contact with the company to listen to customers opinions.
