My initial dealings with this company have been very good. They did send faces for approval and comments. It took several changes to get the face the way we wanted, but they finally did. However, the very next proof sent for hair approval was NOT the face we just approved. Getting a little worried that what I approve may not actually be what I get. They aren't addressing the problem. They just keep sending the same wrong face to us. Time will tell.

We ordered custom cake toppers from this company in March 2009 for our daughter's July wedding, and we received them in April. The figure of my daughter resembled her quite well, but the figure of my son-in-law was spot-on (amazingly so). They were the hit of the wedding.

My wife and I received ours 2 weeks late and 5 days before our wedding. The figures looked nothing like us by any stretch of the imagination. The worst part, however was that they arrived broken. My head was broken off and my wifes arm. I tried to contact microdwarf to no avail. They would never return any email what-so-ever. Needless to say I do not recommend them to anyone that considers this.

Their website says the total turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. My fiance and I have been waiting for almost 2 months and have not received anything!!! DON'T DO IT

When you look at this website it looks great. They take alot of pride in what you see when you log on, BUT, the actual product that you receive, they don't care too much about that one. And they don't have to because they're protected by their "NO Cancellations, No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges" Policy. I ordered one for my wedding and it looked terrible, and nothing like me or my fiance. When I tried to contact them, they basically threw their "policy" at me. They don't care about customer satisfaction. They won't even let you preview the product before they send it to. Don't do it, cause it's your money completely in their hands and after they get it, there's not much you can do. A company that doesn't care about customer satisfaction does not deserver the money you've worked so hard (cause they're not cheap and you pay an additional $45 for shipping). DON'T DO IT!

As far as the concept goes, it sounds great. They will not take returns even if you disagree with the end products accuracy. I love that microdwarf hopped on here and gave themselves a 5/5 rating. Steve too a day later. Has anyone actually recieved this product?
