will never order again
Put in a special Mother's Day order a month ahead of time. It did not arrive on the promised date, let alone in time for Mother's Day. Very disappointed, and way too expensive for the service/product delivered.
Customer service is non existent as far as I can tell, as I've only spent time waiting on the phone to talk to someone.
Hope someone reads these other reviews before ordering from this site. Wish I had.
As one other reviewer said, just go by some M&Ms at the store and give with another gift. You'll be much better off.

Complete hassle, never use again
Although the product is good, delivery and customer service are far from excellent and a complete inconvenience. I placed an order for a 2lb bag and went through a big, BIG hassle trying to get it delivered on the date it was promised. Not one call was placed to me from the company to give me a heads up that there were problems. I called in numerous times to try to get things resolved, however, something new came up each time. I was never notified by them with (1) any problems that existed with creating my order, (2) that the color I chose wasn't available even though it was posted on their website so I ordered something that the warehouse didn't carry, (3) my order wouldn’t make it in on time and (4) I was misinformed on numerous occasions by customer service representatives with the status of my order. I requested a refund on March 8th, through a supervisor as well as a representative. I still have not received a refund. Their shipping rate is an unnecessary $18.00 and their delivery process is completely untimely. I will never order from here again. It was a great inconvenience... over candy. Save your money, a hassle and use a different company.
Check others' reviews, this isn't their first incident.

Wow... I will not order again from M&Ms
I placed an order on sunday and got emails back saying that they couldnt use my picture. Every single picture I tried to put on there did not work.. So I sent back an email saying I want the charges reversed off my account. The lady on the other line said I have to go to my bank and get a hard copy of the charges they took out of my bank and fax it to them so they can then give me a refund..Can you believe it, I have to send them something to get my money back. My order never left their shipping facility yet I cant get a credit or refund on my Credit card which they processed the minute I placed an order. That is ridiculous.. I hope this helps others when they place orders with M&Ms.. I will not do it again nor will I tell a friend to order from them EVER.

Personalized M&Ms (not worth it)
I was fooled by the samples on their website of photos printed on the cand, which some appear very detailed. The images I submitted were well focused, sharp and of resolution well beyond what is needed to print an image this size. The final results were a let down to say the least. My first complaint is the size of the print on the candy. The site allows you to size the image on the candy during creation and I chose as much of the side as I could. The resulting prints do not cover near the area I chose. For that reason my next complaint is the price. If the prints had been the size I selected I might be happy but that is not the case. I ended up spending $100 plus dollars for "Personalized" candy that is not all the personalized. More like blobs of ink that resemble a person.

Save your money. Go buy some holiday colored M&M's at the store and some nice little holiday container to put them in. Send that along with a nice photo holiday card and you will not only get a more personalized result but you will also spend less money.

Rude customer service, totally unreliable
Terrible, total let down for valentine's day, I had 6 disappointed friends.

Since they "supposedly" sent me an email to say that the pictures were too small. What email?? checked all my emails and junk mail nothing, so they proceeded to cancel my order on the same day i ordered it 2 weeks in advance to valentines, without one single notification or phone call! NOTHING and just left me hanging for 2 weeks and looking like a fool on valentines. When i called to inquire the customer service lady acted like it was my fault and that they were superior, what kind of crappy customer service is that? Hello customer service 101, the customer is always right, there were no apologies, no real explanation except for they sent the email one time, didn't even want to make the effort to make this situation right. Don't bother ordering ever from here, really expected more from this supposedly respectable company, makes me never want to buy any of their candy anymore.

I think they charged me twice too.
I tried getting my password reset and I never got the email from them. I just emailed them letting them know that I think I was charged twice casue I got 2 emails from them with 2 different order numbers. I am not paying for two of them.

Not worth it
I had purchased just a few bags of personalized m&m's to put in a candy dish for my baby shower; they had a special of "buy 3 get 1 free". Well, I got the 4 bags, but they charged me for all 4 instead of the "buy 3 get 1 free". I called them and was on hold too long so I emailed them which they replied and said they would credit me the $11.99 for the 1 bag and apologized. That never happened, but they did charge me a 2nd time for the same order. So now I have paid twice for the same order. I called them and on hold too long, emailed them and no response, called them and got through told them the story again; also told them I have an email of them confirming their mistake and stating they will credit me. Then I had to tell them not only did you overcharge me, but the next day my account showed another charge from them for the same purchase. The lady on the phone looked into it and said you are right we will credit you straight away the $61.91 as well as the $11.99. 3 weeks later still nothing, no credits of any sort. This came straight out of my checking account off my debit card, not a credit card so it isn't like there is a billing cycle to wait for.

I finally contacted my bank and told them the whole story and they said they will check into it (will take up to 10 days for them to investigate). Still to this day I have yet to receive anything from them; still waiting on the banks response. I do have an email of proof of their $11.99 overcharge mistake and I have a log of dates, times, and names of the people I spoke to as well saying they would credit me both $11.99 and $61.91, but what a pain when you are planning for parties and other events and then you have to deal with this kinda of mess. I know $73.90 isn't that much to some, but when you have budgeted your check book and have other bills coming out it is quite the surprise. The point of this is that it isn't their money, it is MY money they stole and are hesitant to give back. I can't believe the MARS company is really hurting economically that they need my $73.90; they sure were quick to take it out but even though it is THEIR fault and they messed up they are taking their sweet time to give me my money back or the customer service people are just saying they will credit me and do not plan on it. I sure hope the bank has better luck then me.

The m&m's were cute, but I wouldn't do it again after this mess. Very disappointed with them.
