Very unprofessional, doggy, cannot take any responsible for their mistakes
Cannot reach to the customer service.
They make a mistake and did not receive the e-ticket even though paid the full price. Cannot reach to customer service. Very bad after sale service. Staff is rude and lied to me as my mistake. Rebook the ticket and charge me extra 100 pound. Found out from airline that the travel agent (myvacations.co.uk) did not make the payment that's why airline cancelled the booking.

Let’s get some perspective
I am the sales director at the My Vacations group and before anyone is put off of making a booking with us because of any of the reviews on this site I would like to highlight the following.
We arrange flights, holidays and hotels for over 80,000 passengers per year...there are only 4 negative reviews on this site, that’s 80,000 to 4. We receive hundreds of e-mails from satisfied customers every month, all perfectly happy with our service and our price. Are we perfect, of course not but name me one company that hasn’t had a single negative review. As long as we employ people in our business mistakes will happen, but we are happy to put our hands up and say “this was our fault” and fix the problem.
These blog sites can be damming and in my opinion have to be taken with a pinch of salt, one persons opinion of what constitutes poor service is totally different to another person’s opinion and what you read here is only one side of the story. They are also a forum for competitors who fancy a bit of underhand marketing.
The main things to remember are we have been in business selling travel for 15 years, we are fully bonded with ATOL, we are safe, secure and not going anywhere and we have a large database of brand loyal customers to whom we offer true value for money.
I hope you are not put off by this extremely small number of reviews and I do hope that we can add you to our database of very satisfied customers very soon.

The worst ever vacations provider!!!
The worst holiday booking experience I ever had. Having the confirmation for a city brake in Bruges for £320 after 6 days I got an email from them asking me to pay £55 more if I want to go. RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH

Very poor Service and arogant sales agent
Booked flight and paid online. Got call from agent to email the scanned copy of both side of debit card - SUSPICIOUS. When I refused to do so - threatened to cancel the ticket and take £25 cancellation charge because you have agree to small printed T&C. When asked why you need the back side of CC - reason to check signature. I have sent an email to customer service to verify if this is the procedure and also if they haven't seen the person what they will do with the signature and with what they will compare with. Strange - Beware and don't get you cc details passed on to criminals in India or other countries.
