My family has the Chicken in a Biskit for holidays and casual occasions when a lot of dips and spreads are used each box is bought at different stores My complaint is they are almost all BROKE the packaging and handling suck if you need a whole cracker and 80 0/0 are broken. Please fix this. When I was a kid we very seldom would find a broken cracker. Thanks I'll keep buying but I hope it will be without hesitation

I have always considered Nabisco graham crackers the best available. A short time ago you made the size smaller. Now you have changed the recipe and beat in more air spaces. They are no longer worth buying since the quality does not exceed the cheap, store brands. It has been such a sad happening.

Every time I go to the store to buy these cookies I come back with pieces. There maybe three cookies that are whole. My grandkids sit with the cookie jar and play a game who has the biggest piece. What happen to the other packaging? I can't tell how many they are eating. They are not complaining but grandma is

I am most disappointed with the Honeymaid graham crackers. The last several times I have bought them, there hasn't been enough to finish my Chocolate Eclair recipe. The crackers are smaller AND there is not enough to complete the three layer recipe for a 10 X 13 cake pan. (It takes all three sleeves...1 sleeve per layer.)

I've eaten them for years,tried others and came back, they use to be the best.However the last 4 boxes I've purchased have had at least 2 inner packs that were burnt. I've read in the reviews that I'm not the only one who has experienced this. My last box purchased last week will indeed be the last box I purchase.3 boxes is chance enough to not get burnt crackers. Sorry Nabisco I really tried to stay with you.

Has the recipe changed? I haven't bought them in a couple of years and when I tried them, they tasted different. My daughters thought so too

I am a little upset with Nabisco. They use to make bags of their RITZ snack Mix. Unfortunately now you HAVE to buy them in the 100 Calorie Packs. So, I usually buy 3 boxes at a time to get what would equal 1/2 of a regular bag. Anyways, the last three boxes I bought all together they actually had little openings in all the bags, so all of them were stale. YUCK! Y can't you sell them in the big single bags again for those of us not watching our figures. Just wasted money. That doesn't make me a happy camper.

The package says, "to open * slide finger under flap and loosen gently" Have any of you ever tried this? It never works!! You should say, "get a table knife and slide it under flap, if you don't want the box torn, and you want to reseal it". The product is great.

I've ever only bought HM graham crackers, but may not again. Opened a 6 pack box and the first pack was not sealed properly and burnt, the second pack was sealed but burnt also. I have become addicted to Honey Maid Grahams. The box I just bought had crackers that were burnt on the edges. You could taste the burnt. I did not want to waste them so I ate them. I just hope I do not get any more like them.

just purchased the wheat thins fiber selects. very dissapointed that no where on the box did it state "onion flavor", yet these crackers taste very oniony. I personally don't mind the taste of onion but my husband hates anything with onion flavor. I think that if you add onion powder as an ingredient to a cracker it should be stated as "onion flavor" on the front of the box and not in small letters under ingredients.

While in Costco I was able to taste the new product Ritz Crackerfuls, it was very good. I did purchase a box and planned to serve this cracker and cheese product to company. To my surprise it was one large cracker, not suitable for a before dinner snack. Perhaps if it were divided in two or three pieces it would be used more often.

I've bought these crackers for many yrs, to eat with soups & salads & to snack on at work, but for the last few months the ones I've bought are various stores have been burnt, you can't even taste any chicken seasoning on it so what's up with that, did you hire a new cook ? The cost of these crackers have gone up over the yrs and I don't mind paying it because at one time it was a GREAT cracker but until they get better I'll find something else, sorry Nabisco but this is just wrong.

I purchased a package of Limited Edition Candy Cane Oreos with excitement because the Mint Oreos are so yummy. I spit the first one out and my friend took one bite of hers and threw the rest away. The cookies smell oddly reminiscent of childhood creative dough (insert brand name)...and the taste is something between that famous dough and glue. I am returning my package to Walmart for a refund.

I bought the new Limited Edition Oreo Candy Cane cookies. They taste awful!! My husband and I did not taste any peppermint in them, even though peppermint is listed in the ingredients. The red cream stuff tasted funky!! We really looked forward to these cookies because the Limited Edition cookies last Christmas were delicious, very pepperminty. I will not waste any more money on this stuff.

We bought a bag of 100 Calorie Packs and 2 of those packs were filled with air only.

I normally do not participate in this type of survey; however I wanted you all to know that I debated paying $3.98 for the Fruit Crips. I guess I should have read the item more thorougly. I thought they would be close to the FIG NEWTONS WHICH OUR GREAT!

this morning I opened a box of Wheat Thins Toasted Chips Minis and found 2 of the bags already opened, so of course I peeked in the bags to see if there were things in there that didn't belong and found it was only a defect in the sealing process.

After many years eating oreos I found something the other day. I was eating from a six pack and removed a cookie. I noticed something was different. One of the cookies was upside down. The outside was flat the the inside had the oreo printing. I must say, it didn't taste any different, I enjoyed every bite

Twice we have bought Mister Salty milk chocolate covered pretzels and they are supposed to have 6 in a box and they only had 5 packages. So therefore we did not get what we paid for. Thank you.

I tried this product as I do like some of your cracker and cheese products. This one I found to have very little flavor in the cracker or the cheese. I was was expecting more flavor as it suppose to have 4 different cheeses in the product. I found that the cracker had very little favor in it also. code on the box was 29Oct09BK2474. Very disappointing. I think the box would have more flavor.

I have bought Honey Maid Chocolate GRAHAMS for many years. Imagine my surprise when I opened my last box and NOT ONE cracker had any surgar on the surface. There were sugar granules along the edges, but none on the crackers. A manufacturing defect? I hope so. The crackers aren't any fun without some sugar on them. Barbara

I want to ask WHY one of my families favorite snacks contains HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP? Understandably it has sugar and honey but the additon of HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP makes it an unhealthy option. It will be removed from our familys food list until this is not longer the case.

Just purchased a box of the new wheat thins fiber selects 5-grain. The flavor of the cracker was delicious but the salt was so overwhelming. Can not drink enough water. Wish this product could be made in low salt. Would be my cracker for everything if available.

We recently purchased the new Artisan Wheat Thins crackers. The Vermont white cheddar are delicious, the colby cheese, not so much, infact they're quite bland. How about a nice bleu cheese flavor or a sharp swiss?

Your web site is fine, but I've purchased probably ten boxes of Honey Maid Graham Crackers which contained bugs!!! I thought it was just Wal-Mart's warehouse problem, but when I purchased them from other stores, they also had bugs. Quality control is pitiful!!! I'm buying a different brand of Grahams which hopefully will not have bugs.

I recently purchased a box of the Old Fashioned Ginger Snaps by Nabisco. I was SO disappointed as the recipe is NOT the same cooky recipe I bought in the past and I have been buying them for years. These are very thin and hard as a rock! Unless a person has a good dental program I don't recommend buying these Ginger Snaps. Where was quality control? I'm returning this box to the store for a refund.
