I usually forget to send my dvd's back but I'm not going to count that against them. I very much appreciate the streaming shows and movies! I also have a blockbuster online account so that I can rent Blu-rays for no extra cost and return/rent movies from the stores at no cost.

As long as you are diligent with watching your movies and sending them off right after you can't go wrong. Great new titles to choose from. Delivery is as good as you can hope for with the titles getting to you within 2 days usually.

prefer Netflix. I rent movies and it usually takes one or two days to get them. They have a “Watch Instantly” feature too, so I can browse and watch something online while I wait for the others to get to my house. I would suggest Netflix to anyone. I’ve had no bad experiences using it. The price isn’t bad either. They have different options (2 movies at a time is a certain amount, 3 movies at a time is a diff amount).

Very prompt service. Everything mailed and downloaded without any problems.
I wish they had more instant view movie selections however.

I rented the abyss from Netflix 2 years ago and still haven't returned it! Its great because I have never been charged a single late fee, I love it!

Netflix is trying realy hard and delivers. Online ordering is easy and provides a lot of guidance so that people do not stuck with lousy movies. I have heard horror stories about lost movies and even their personell stealing movies and blaming the customers. Never happened to me. Obviously it is a thing from the past.
