We were at first very hesitant to book with newyorkstay.com with so much going on in the internet, you really don't know which to trust anymore but the website prove it wrong. They have the loveliest and friendliest operators on live chat and on the phone. It was an absolute delightto deal with them and the apartment we booked is very ideal as it in the middle of everything. The host Larry was awesome and was there exactly when he said. Melissa particularly recommended his loft and it is no doubt the best option to our vacation. Felt very secure and was walking distance to everything.
We will never stay in a hotel again in New York. Now I need to check out what else worldescape has.

Chandra and Melissa have been an absolute joy and pleasure to deal with. They made our holiday planning so quick and easy and the customer service was fast and friendly. They both went above and beyond to help with any and all requests and we really appreciate it. We did some of the stuff on the list they provided and really enjoyed each of them.
The only negative feedback I would have would be with the owner himself - he was two weeks delayed in returning our damage deposit The apartment itself was certainly not as good as we were expecting from the photos (and the price!), however the location was great and we did enjoy our stay.
I will definitely recommend newyorkstay.com to our friends and family and hopefully we will be back for another visit soon!

Melissa is our agent, she is very nice and quick at replying but the apartment she booked for us was really tiny but clean and centrally situated. The photographs were a little deceptive and we probably would not have chosen it if we had seen the apartment physically. We do fully understand though that she offered that apartment because of our tight budget, regardless we had a great week in NYC and will be making a booking again with them shortly in future, probably choose the Brooklyn apartment distance, cheaper but more spacious.
