I just want to tell you how thrilled I was to drive into your shop today, for what turned out to be just about the most superior service I can remember - ever.

Your team was personable, knowledgeable, pleasant and competent. I was on my way to a meeting and had little time for an oil / filter change. However I felt some urgency to do it, because of the temporarily flashing reading "Mech Req'd" on my dash for the past couple of days.

Justin, Charles, Taylor and Leo worked as a real team, calling out feedback to each other as they progressed. Their smiles were genuine as was their comraderie and aparent knowledge of their subject matter.

Your station is indeed immaculate and it was a real pleasure to find myself in such a beautiful automotive setting. They were literally finished my job in less time than I would have had to go for a coffee and read the newspaper.

I will certainly recommend Oil Changers (Prince of Wales Dr. Station) to friends and family.
