Awful Service poor, inaccurate billing and continue to take payments on acct closure
My opinion of the service is LACKS BUSINESS PROFESSIONALISM. The service lacks the standard required for a business offering business services to start ups and other businesses. I was seduced to take up the services of this company Oneoffice.com linked to Venture House Ltd because of the professional looking website and what a nightmare that day has been! Throughout my time with the service I was billed incorrectly and sometimes billed up to 2-3 times in a month this happened on several occasions and when they still could not get the billing right I gave the relevant notice and closed my account. They failed to return my holding deposit and For the next 12 months they continued to deduct money from my bank account sometimes 3 times in a month totalling nearly 600 pounds. I have chased them for over a year trying to get them to refund back my money but have been met with broken promises and excuses. I have still not received the money they have effectively stolen from me so i will have to end up going to court. This company is owned by a young CEO called Ravi Ghelot who iF you ever have the displeasure of having to deal with will be rather aggressive and dismissive and evasive you on the phone, nothing will get resolved through him and he says he's the decision maker, director and owner. The customer service is appalling. Unfortunately, my husband unknown to me at the time also took up office services with this company and he had to end up going through his bank to reverse and get back all his money which they incorrectly took and refused to give back. Search on the net and you will find similar stories. Avoid this company like the plague and use a more reputable one or else you will spend your time and effort like me persuing them through the courts.

Strange times
I was tidying up my accounts today and decided to follow up on an email I had sent to oneoffice.com about double-billing. It seems I had been double-billed (perhaps due to my own mistake) since I registered a virtual office address with them. I discovered the mistake some seven months back, wrote to them about it - but did not hear back.
I called them today and spoke to a very pleasant customer services person - who said he'd rectify the mistake. These things happen and I was not particularly bothered by it until I got a call an hour later from one of the bosses. I felt interrogated and his tone was aggressive. When I asked him to tone it down, he tried to talk over me. Clearly he was having a bad day - and eventually he hung up on me.
These are strange times. Business is tough (I own a few businesses myself and know), yet some people feel that customer abuse is a good business development strategy. I've asked OneOffice for an apology, so if you're reading this review, then it's because I have not gotten one yet.

The Worst Service in London - Try before you buy
I have a virtual office package with oneoffice
I paid upfront for two years worth of the service. After just two months i saw a substantial amount of money had been taken from my bank account. Oneoffice had helped themselves to money in my account without my authorization. When i phoned them to ask for the money back, nine times out of ten the phone was not answered. On the occasions it was they promised someone from 'accounts' would contact me. no one did. when i called again and demanded to speak to someone the receptionist hung up on me. It's very simply for anyone considering doing business with one office to check them out themselves - just try to phone them using the number on their site - there's no answer almost every time. in fact, try to email them using the contact form on their site - it doesn't work. The service is very third grade too, i called my virtual office number and that also was unanswered. There's plenty of other similar companies to chose from - don't just take my word for it - try before you buy to avoid my experience.
