I love skin candy ink. I came to know about this online store and ordered a 21 color set of skin candy ink. Got my order in just two days...and that in a very good state.

I placed an order with this company back in May 2012. I never recevied my order and was promised many times it would ship the next day after i talked to some one. After a month I called and cancelled the order and was promised a refund NEVER GOT ONE!! Than i was told I would have to do a chargeback. So now twice i have gone to my back to disute and both times they lied and said they refunded me the money so the bank has taken the money backagain. It is now August and I am still fighting for my $306 back. They deducted the money quickly and have come up with every excuse and lie not to send the products or give me my money back..DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Unfortunately I have had the same horrible experience as the others that have posted here. This company doesn't have any issues with posting the purchase to your bank and taking your money but does not fulfill it's orders. I never received an e-mail with my fedex tracking information. I called the number at the bottom of the receipt and was lucky enough to speak to someone who promised me I would get the tracking informaiton but when I asked him to look it up for some reason he was unable to do so. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY - that was Thursday and today is Monday and I STILL haven't received this tracking information. Now when I try to call the phone number I get a message saying the mailbox is full. Looks like I've been duped.

I completely agree with the post above. I placed the order 1 week ago, money was transferred the day the order was placed. I have yet to receive any type of shipping/tracking information. When I call the number it sends you to voice mail, they have not responded to my emails or inquiries via their own website. 100% dissatisfied with the way they conduct business. At this point even if the supplies I ordered do arrive I will NEVER do business with them again. I prefer to be able to talk to a human being even if it is via live chat on their website, but apparently that is not an option I have yet to see the live chat status as "available" it is always "leave a message"
Part of this is my fault for assuming they would live up to there end of the bargain. If I had it all to do over again I would gladly pay twice as much to be able to have a company that will be there for their clientele.

If you order form here you can only do it online, don't even try to call them and find out where your order is. I have been trying to contact them for where my stuff is for over a week. you would figure after spending over 300.00 dollars they would contact you back, but NO. HORRIBLE costumer service! I will never order from them again!
