I recently tried to buy 3 items ($200 only) from these people to send as a gift. I sent the order 12 days ago, verified by Visa onscreen with the order, to be shipped over-night. To my surprise -- I have had to call three times to their credit card people after getting emails and "in-process" as the status on my order, 45 minutes each time, no one can help complete the order. Now, 12 days out, the system auto canceled my order and I CSR says I need to re-submit the order (because when its canceled no one can help now, even though I've been talking with them).
