Hey oprah my parents have been working with underpriviliadge kids for the past ten years. My parents John and Barbara Has and still working out of they own pockets to support these kids, the total of kids are 100 now. They are so dedicated when it comes to these kids, and love them to death. They cant do anyhing more then that they have big dreams for these kids but they not financial stable please make they dream come true

I have read Romeo Dallaire's book SHAKE HANDS WITH THE DEVIL...I am wondering why the USA rushed to Kuwait but did nothing in Rwanda, would not even use the word "GENOCIDE" as in international law they would have to help. What happened in that country while the world stood buy sickens and disgusts me to this day. With your power and viewer base I would like very much to have you question them on this so very important topic.Meanwhile you should tell your viwers to read Romeo Dallaire's book, he was the Canadian General charged with peacekeeping there.

dear oprah hi i am a 48 year old black female i watched your show about the women who were molested by they're father and brothers this also happen to me at the age of 4 and continue to the age of 15 i also gave brith to a baby girl from the one who raped me over and over again i kept the baby and raised her she is now 33 years old now and she was also raped at the age of nine i was facing this horrible fate again when it happen to her she became withdrawn and would not to talk anyone i took her to talk to someone but she would not do it speak to anyone at all the counsler gave up on her so i could only do one thing to bring her back to me i had to tell her about her father something i kept from her all of her life and that he was my mother live in boyfriend and my mother did not believe me about any of it but i believed her when i told her that i got my baby back i have not talk about this untill now my daughter thinks i should write a book about it what do you think about it there much more to the story that's painful

My wife has been dealing with brian tumors now for over six years. The first one removed was the size of a baseball,when was discovered.She has had surgury three time to remove these tumors,had over thirty treatments of radtion and these tumors will not go away.Now the doctors are trying some kind of drugs.She has been several battles with this problem.But with the faith of God,she has kept going.I love my wife deeply and it hurts me to see her like this,but with the help of God and all the praying that is done for her,she keeps going.So pray for her,thank you all from deep inside my heart. I watched your episode on Plymouth's cops fighting the addiction.If this is true then why does their informent hand out her persciption drugs to kids,is that not where they say the problem starts?The people in this area that know the cops you had on your show thought it was a joke we know them and well that's not the way they work.Nothing against you or your show but you got snowballed!And there are people that get off the stuff and stay clean only the cops continue to harrass them in hopes of finding another reason.Snitches do the setup job the cops just react on their word.The real show should have been"Bad Cops"

I am from Poland who came to US 20 years ago, going back to Poland every single year involving my kids in education in my country as You lightly descibed poor.How can a poor country support high level of education and expectation?.

I have watched your show for years and have found that i have taken something with me from each one,I especailly find my heart strings being pulled every time you have found a loved one for a family or just an individual. That brings me to my reasoning for this letter. I am a 34 year old woman with three children and recently remarried to the man of my dreams and yet I find there is still an empty space in my heart,also a part of my life that I cant even share with my children when they ask because I myself dont even know my own father.I have tried time and time again to search for him online with the little bit of info that I have and every time I get to the end it always asks me for a credit card number and we dont have one because we are a family that lives from paycheck to paycheck. We live in Damariscotta Maine and for a family it is a struggle everyday just to survive let alone have money for anything else.I am someone who has overcome plenty of obstacles in my life and have made it through family abuse and lots more, I dont for one second want to change any of that because all of it has made me the strong woman that I am today. I was just praying that maybe you would be able to help me in my search.I know his name is Tom Tanaka and last I knew lived in Hilo, Hi and is between the ages of 54-60.He does know of me and that I am his daughter my name is Tina Marie Hatch born on 3-4-74 to Deborah Jean Hatch. I have also been told that his twin brother was a professional football player at one time if that would help at all. I really hope you will take this into consideration I would owe you everything. I think it would help me with where I am at this point and time in my life for all the better of course.

I have a friend as listed above who is losing his eyesight and because of the medical system in Canada his only chance to get a retna transplant is by flying to Lisbon, Portugal as that is where they have 2 specialists who do that type of surgery.You could only imagine the costs for that to take place as so could we. We never got any definite numbers but we certainly know it is untouchable. Is there any info you or Dr.Oz would be able to share in respect to this very disheartening matter.
