Thank you very much Overnightprints!!!
I have done a serious research an Overnightprints was my final choice to print 5x7" post cards.
When I received the cards I saw that the paper was even better quality than I thought- thicker and the glance makes the cards stand out. I ordered 50 post cards and 50 envelopes, but Overnightprints even sent me 55 cards which was really nice of them. Thank you very much Overnightprints!!!

Great Company
Overnight Prints’ website is the most clearly explained, user friendly, website I’ve ever come across. They have great customer service and handle any problem that may arise in a timely professional manner. I use them to print our business cards and have found them to be the best online source for our company. Most other online printers have websites I can't figure out how to navigate! You cannot go wrong using Overnight Prints!

Terrible service - they don't care about getting your job right
BE WARNED. I ordered bookmark favors for my wedding. As a test, I ordered 100 bookmarks, the smallest quantity possible for OFF-SET printing. When the bookmarks arrived, they looked good, so I re-ordered another 100 of the exact same order.
The re-order arrived and looked terrible -- grainy, pixelated & the paper stock was thinner. It was also packaged in 2 separate envelopes of 50 each. I emailed Overnight Prints, and they replied that "printing irregularities" sometimes occur & they would re-run the job.
When the re-run arrived, it was just as terrible as the previous batch -- exactly as terrible. At first, I couldn't understand how a printing fluke could randomly happen twice. Again, it arrived in 2 envelopes of 50 each.
I finally realized that the bookmarks had been DIGITALLY PRINTED, NOT OFF-SET PRINTED, which is what I paid for! Digital printing can be done in quantities as small as 50, whereas the minimum quantity for off-set printing is 100. Although I had paid for the more expensive off-set printing, they had run my job on a cheaper digital printer & cheaper paper -- twice. That's why the quality was noticeably worse that my original "test" order.
When I notified Overnight Prints to tell them about their mistake & to ask them to correctly print my order on the OFF-SET printer, they said they don't reprint orders more than once, so I could only get a refund. They customer service rep also mentioned that they are not in the same facility as the printing factory, so they have no idea what goes on in the factory.
As a graphic designer who has worked with many printing companies across the country, I was astonished at the poor quality & crappy service. Overnight Prints does NOT care about getting the job done correctly & makes no effort to retain customers. Because their prices are cheap, they only care about volume. I will never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
I took my business to 4over4.com, where they have an art technician examine your files to make sure they will print properly, AND they send you an online proof -- BEFORE they charge your credit card! Don't trust Overnight Prints with any important jobs.

Overnight Prints Rocks!
Of course some times we get into technical problems and don't get our best prints but with Overnight Prints I never any bad experience and I work with them more then 3 years now. I don't think I would ever change them. Their prints are like gifts to me.

Awful. Once decent products. Now the customer service is such garbage you never see the product.
If you like GAMBLING with your business, go right ahead and roll the dice with Overnight Prints! You have about a 50% chance that their automated system will automate the canceling of your print order, and that it will be lost in limbo, and they will just hang onto your money and not contact you. Then, when YOU call them to see why the status of your order hasn't changed in over a week, it will be YOU notifying THEM that your order is canceled. But rest assured, they will OFFER NOTHING to compensate you for holding up your business plans while holding onto your money and not contacting you. Then, you can wait 3 to 8 business days for your refund, which they absolutely refuse to help expedite. (They may also send you obviously defective products due to their terrible QA, and then make YOU pay to send them back!)
However, if you care about the success of your business, and enjoy feeling like you can actually make plans that you can follow through with on schedule, NEVER ORDER FROM OVERNIGHT PRINTS. EVER.
Way to repay 6 years of steady business, overnightprints! Time to find another printing service, one who can handle the volume of business they get, and who realizes WHY they're in business at all.
I have used them exclusively since 2006, because the product was generally of good quality. The service has always been a bit unreliable.
1. My 2nd order with them was delayed in this same manner back in 2006, and after a week I called to see where it was and why the status hadn't changed, and THEN they told me there had been a printing error and it had to be reprinted. No one ever called me to tell me that, and I had paid for OVERNIGHT shipping. A lot of good that extra money did! :/
2. My wife ordered cards from them, and accidentally uploaded the design with the markings still visible. Sure, she made a mistake, but you'd think Overnightprints employees might recognize their own template. They sent it to press, and sent it out the door. Nice QA. And nice customer service, making my wife have to PAY to send it back to you!
3. I went looking for a custom T-shirt printing service in September 2011, and found the option on Overnightprints' website. After downloading the template and working on the design, and then submitting it, it wouldn't let me place the order. When I called their customer service to try to get help with my order, the person on the phone informed me that they don't offer t-shirts. When I asked why they offer it on their website, they had to go ask a manager, and then came back and told me they used to offer t-shirts but hadn't done so in over a year at that time.
4. I ordered business cards for a 4-day Labor Day Festival that was about to happen in my town in 2011. Before placing the order, I called customer service to see if the order would make it in time, which the representative assured me that it would and gave me a date 2 days before the festival was to begin. Once I got the assurance, I clicked the button and finalized the order, and received an email with an estimated shipping date ONE DAY AFTER the festival was to END. While the cards DID arrive on time (a day later than I was told by the rep), that was a panic I did not need. Get your system to work consistently guys!
5. Tonight was the last straw. I placed my order for 2,000 brochures on 6/12/2012. I found a flaw in the design, and placed the order on hold to update the design, and within a half-hour, took it back off of hold, which changed my expected delivery date from 6/21 to 6/22. I watched all week as the order status remained unchanged from "Order is being processed" so I called tonight (6/20) to ask whether I can rely on that 6/22 shipping date, and after being initially told that their system said my order status said "Printed," I was then told that the "sheet that my order was on was cancelled for some reason." When I asked why I wasn't notified, they told me that their system is entirely automated, and it doesn't notify them when this happens. They would not offer me any concrete dates for when my order would be printed, and after indicating that they could upgrade my shipping up to "2 levels" from what I had paid for to compensate me for the inconvenience they had caused, they outright refused to do so until the unknown date whenever my order was going to go through. They also refused to expedite the priority of my order with the unnamed department that was responsible for printing it, who was conveniently not in the office until tomorrow. When I asked for a refund, the manager to whom I'd by then escalated the call said I could do that, so I got off the phone and clicked "Cancel My Order," only for the website to tell me that "the order has been printed; refund is not possible," forcing me to call back AGAIN and have to be re-connected to that manager to have her manually refund my money. Now I have to wait 3 to 8 business days for my refund, which the manager REFUSED to help expedite.
Never again. 0 stars.

Impressed with product and customer service!!!
I've used Overnight Prints for several years. Recently, I ordered business cards to have on hand at an upcoming TV shoot in L A. I did the artwork for the card and it looked great on my computer screen, when the cards arrived my website address and phone number were hard to read. I called their support line (expecting the run around) and I spoke with Nevin who agreed that the file looked good then connected me with Christine and Jessica in customer service. After a quick review to ensure that I had followed their submission guidelines, I was granted a re-print at no charge. I'm very impressed with the fast, courteous service!

Outstanding. Great customer service. Stood behind their product.
I tried this service for the first time to order a small run of 100 business cards. The website made it easy to upload and see a proof of a design I created using Adobe software. Very reasonable price and quick delivery. However, there was a small flaw in the printing on the cards so I requested a reprint. They made this process easy and sent a whole new batch of cards and a free UPS label to ship the flawed cards back whenever I wanted. The staff was very courteous. I am really impressed and intend to use them for future printing needs.

Great Customer Service and Great Products!
I have placed two orders with Overnight Prints and am extremely happy with the quality and customer service help I received. The prices are very reasonable and the quality far exceeded what I expected. I received free UV spot treatment on both my files and had a concern with one order. They sent me a packing slip to send back my order and reprinted the new file FREE of charge. I use their services for my consulting company to create and maintain a professional image. All products are printed on thick cardstock and the colors are true to the colors created and seen on your computer screen. I will continue using Overnight Prints for all my printing needs.

WON'T SHIP MUCH LESS PRINT ON TIME!!! AVOID!!!
ERASE THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE FROM THE INTERNET!! My order number is 10482545. Be glad you, the reader, actually took the time to look up reviews, because you will be glad to know this company can be skipped by, because they fail, hard!! Just look at other reviews and read these poor people's stories. Placed my order on 3/27 and paid extra for faster delivery, which was supposed to be 4/5. Nothing arrived that day. Heck, nothing even got printed that day! Or the next. It's 4/8 and still nothing printed. Wow! And judging from the horror stories of this and other review sites, I'm glad they didn't. While customer service is US based and can be reached, they can't actually do anything. They just claim services they can't deliver on. And they act like they have better stuff to do instead of help. I'll be surprised if I even receive a refund. AVOID!!

Another satisfied customer!
We had the large size postcards printed this week, and I have a couple comments: 1) Lisa, your File Support Specialist, was so nice to help me in formatting my files (sometimes these things are beyond my expertise). She took what I gave her, gave it back to me properly formatted, and advised me to then proceed with the upload. 2) I uploaded and placed the order on March 21. Delivery was supposed to be on March 29. We were very pleasantly surprised when the cards showed up yesterday, the 25th!!! 3) When my boss saw them, she said these are the best we have ever had printed. Thank you, OvernightPrints.com. We will happily continue to order from you.

Very happy with the service and products
I was very impressed with Francis at overnightprints.com. I got my files loaded wrong and he spent time with me to fix the issue and get the order to me. He was very patient and knowledgeable. And it wasn't just one person. Each time I called back after that, the 3 other reps I worked with were great with helping me out as well. I will always recommend them. Seeing others who have posted with bad reviews are common but we have to realize that some people make mistakes when ordering and forget to fix it. Then get mad at the company for their mistake. Hope that makes sense and this review will help you trust overnight...

Never Use Overnightprints If you need something on time
Overnight prints is crap. I ordered 100 postcards 13 days ago. I spent 4 days with customer support because their file upload program wasnt working. Once uploaded it took an additional 9 days to print. They still havent mailed them. I've called twice and they still cant guarantee they will ship in 2 more days. 16 total days and you cant get 100 postcards in the mail. that is the last time i use your service.

Amazing service and follow up. They really stand behind their product, and that product is phenomenal quality! With the best speed, quality, customer service AND price, Overnight Prints is a no-brainer!
Since most people are focused on the negative, getting reviews from unhappy people are a dime a dozen. There may be no one else who feels that way. Getting a review from satisfied customers are rare and each one usually represents 50 or more other people who feel the same way, but didn't bother to say anything...

My order is very late!
My $300 Christmas card order was due to arrive NO LATER than Monday. It is now Thursday. According to UPS, Overnight Prints did not ship it out until late Wednesday night! I have been calling to check the status of my order since Monday, and was assured that it was in transit. Now our customers won't receive our company Christmas card until two or three days before Christmas! Overnight Prints is refusing to refund. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. I do not trust their service and will not use them again, though we have been their customer for years.

TERRIBLE Experience with Overnight prints.
This is the first of many warnings I intend to post about Overnightprints.com.

Not only was our card order several days late, but we received an order for an entirely different business. The manager we spoke to was incredibly unhelpful and unapologetic.

Rude. Sloppy. Disappointing.

Use another service to miss this headache.

EXCELLENT EVERY TIME
These guys are on top of everything. Most online printing services have no idea where your order is or when it will ship. These guys know exactly when, when, and how of everything you ever need to know about your order. Need to expedite at the last minute... they can do it. Something wrong... they will fix it. Oh yeah, and they almost always have some type of sale going on and there mailing service is exceptionally affordable.

Poor customer service and quality
Ordered business cards from them before and it was fairly painless. However, my last order, mid-July, came back 2 weeks after the order was placed and was not cut properly. Support said it was my fault because the file was off, but it was the same file I'd sent in the past. Anyway they wouldn't refund my money, so I accepted a discount of about 50% to reprint the order and be done with it. That order came about 2 weeks later and the second side of the card was not printed! Called support and they had a printer issue and gave me an RMA/UPS to send back the 2nd order and try again, this time at their expense. So, last night finally got the 3rd set in the mail. It was cut improperly again, and their was no border on the second side! Well, I called support and demanded my money back. No problem, gave me an RMA/UPS number and I sent it back to them today. However, I was still out the original amount that they wouldn't refund and have nothing to show for it. Still said there is nothing they can do since it's been over 30 days! So, I called my credit card company and started a dispute. They credited my account and said they should be able to take care of it. Point of all of this...NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, it's worth paying a bit more and have it done locally and/or professionally.

Multiple Mistakes & Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a few items from overnightprints.com in 2008 with great results. I was happy with the printing quality on business cards and the brochures were not great, but okay for the price. However, I've placed several subsequent orders with the company since then, and of the 3 orders I have placed, two of them have had serious problems. The first issue I had with the company is they promised me that I would have my order on or before a certain date. I absolutely needed to have the cards 5 days after that date, so I thought I was safe. However, the cards never came. After they were 2 days late I began my phone calls to customer service. All in all I made 5 calls spanning over 2 hours and 3 managers. They kept reiterating that it was my fault the order hadn't arrived, because I hadn't read the fine print on their FAQ page that said shipping times are "not guaranteed". Well, to me, if it says in bold letters all over my order invoice "On or Before May 1", I expect to get that order on or before May 1. To add insult to injury, their customer service representatives made it clear that they did not care about this issue at all, that it happens all the time, and that it was all my fault. After wasting so much time and frustration on them, I vowed never to use this company again, despite the fact that I thought they had okay printing quality for their price. Well, a few months later they sent me an email offering me 80% off if I ordered again. I thought okay, I'll give them one more shot. Well, the cards arrived, and the quality was completely unusable. They had cut off part of the text that was supposedly in their "safe zone", and they had printed the design about 1/4'' off center. When I called them up to ask them to rectify this problem, they again told me this issue was all my fault, and that they would not be able to help me. I was eventually able to convince them to meet me half way towards fixing the problem, but to me it didn't begin to make up for the insult and inconvenience I've endured from this company. I will not be using them again, even with a 100% off discount.

"Just 1 day late"
Just 1 day late.
What does "on or before August 11th" mean to you? To me, it meant that I'd have the cards I ordered in time to use them at the event I planned to attend.
When the cards didn't show, I called Overnightprints.com and begged them for some other solution where I could still receive the cards. They kindly offered to "refund my shipping charges". WHAT!?
In this case, what would you want? I wanted to keep the cards and get 100% of my money back. It's only $100! Instead, it was calls and emails back to ONP when finally I got a letter from "office of the president". This person still accused me of trying to get free cards and quoted "terms of service" items that didn't even apply! Thanks alot!
Here are the exact facts: Ordered Aug 4th for "on or before Aug 11" shipping, that's ground and yea, the cheapest way. I was leaving Aug 12th. The cards were knowingly shipped late on Aug 6th (they told me they knew they'd be late) without a call or even email saying they'd be late. When I called Aug 11 to see where my cards were, ONP was flippant about the lateness. Hello! Over-night-prints?
Finally, ONP did refund all my money and offered to let me keep the cards... TOO LATE! I had already sent the cards back.

DO NOT USE Overnightprints.com if you want your shipment delivered on time.

Love my business cards
I read all the negative reviews and was a little concerned about how my business cards would turn out...but I received them today and I am 110% happy with them. They're exactly as I wanted them and they're excellent quality too. It's important to follow the template to a T (available on the website) if you're designing your own; I made a mistake and they placed my order on hold, then responded within a matter of hours after I emailed them about it. They came packaged in a small box, which was packed inside a larger box, so no damage whatsoever. Great price, great quality, will definitely be ordering again.

Crappy Print Service
Wow, for a company that is call overnightprint they took one whole week just to print my business cards and another week to shipped it via ground. I order the business cards on the 28th of July and didn't receive it until August 12th. When I received the cards it came in a mailing envelope with all my business cards stuff in it. I open up the envelope and my business cards came falling out freely. Some were bent. Very crappy service!

A Great Company!

Very Impressed with Customer Service & Quality
This was my first order with Overnight Prints, who name came highly recommended. I ordered about 100 postcards of 5 different photos. One of the photos was corrupted when I ordered, Overnight Prints not only emailed me and placed my order on hold, they reformatted my 4 other prints emailed them to me, and called to to instruct me in what to do - all within 24 hours. I re-ordered and was promptly refunded the first order. Prints were supposted to arrive in 2 weeks, they came in 4 days! I think you can tell more about a company in how they respond in not ideal circumstances and I can say I am happy with the quality and service I recieved with Overnight Prints. I will be ordering again.

Extremely Pleased
I've been using Overnight Prints for about two years now and I've been very satisfied with the print quality, turnaround time and customer service. I've had a few glitches, but they've been "johnny on the spot" to get them corrected.

Their prices are extremely reasonable. I will continue to use them and will continue to recommend them to others.

Truly Not As Bad As They Say ~ Actually Great!

Poor Quality
I have had several BAD experiences with overnight prints. First it always take two weeks to get my order, not over night. Secondly I have had my greeting cards sent to me way too dark. After I contacted the company to reprint the cards I was on hold for one hour and transfered time again and then they offered only half off. I was not concerned with the money but I always need good quality and this I have never had and will not use this company again.~

Stay Away from this Company!
I ordered 7000 postcards on 06/01/10 from Overnight print and chose the 3 day select for the shipping. They promised to be delivered on or before 06/07. I did not get my postcards on 06/07 like they promised. I called the company and waited about 15 minutes to speak with somebody and he told me they had not printed my postcards yet and did not know when they could print them. He did not seem to even care. I cancelled my order, but until today they have not refunded my money. Very Bad Company to do business. If you have a deadline, never print anything from this company, as they will not care about you, your order and their reputation! Customer service is very rude!

Why is there no "0" option?
There are tons of instructions on the website and sometimes it's not clear. I was trying to do gloss varnish on my cards. After placing the order (like they instructed to do first) I tried to get rep on phone to go over instructions on how to put job on hold. BUT they weren't piking up. So I emailed only to get a response after the job was being printed without my spot varnish. When the order was cancelled, I got some bogus 1/2 store credit refund (which is useless since I will NEVER use them again) I also was supposed to be refunded in full for shipping and handling but now they are saying it's only for shipping. UPS never refunds the handling. I spent 204.00 total and was refunded 104.00 for the job I never received. Don't use Overnight. They aren't that great anyways. Mediocre quality and there are many companies out there with comparible and better quality.

very poor printing and severe lack of customer service
My office printed off 20,000 postcards. The quality of my design on the glossy side was fantastic, as it usually is with this company. We do quite a lot of business with Overnight Prints. However, on about 50 of the cards, there were pictures of scantily clad women printed all over the back. We were horrified, as an educational institution, that the residents of our borough might possibly be opening up their mailbox to find this. We looked through as many stacks as possible, but there is a very good chance that we missed some.

We called Overnight Prints to settle the problem, and were basically told that our business is not worth their time. They would reprint our 50 cards and send them to us. However, were were on a tight deadline and by the time we would receive them, it would be too late. The customer service representative was very rude, and treated us like we were beneath them and that we were wasting their time. We are never bringing our business to Overnight Prints again.

Shoddy Printing and Despicable Customer Service
Terrible printing job and despicable customer service. After ordering 1,000 postcards at a cost of over $170, I became aware, when I got a third of the way through the box, that the remainder of the cards were printed with wildly different colors and exposures. They looked terrible, and a vast number were unusable. When I contacted the company about reprinting the order, they refused because it was more than 30 days after I placed my order. I explained why I hadn't been aware of the problem earlier, but that the printing was faulty. But they still REFUSED to correct their faulty printing job. I own a business myself and have a 30-day return policy. But when I sell something that is discovered to be defective, I will ALWAYS take it back, no matter how much time has passed. The reputation of my business depends on it. This company obviously doesn't care about its reputation, and it certainly doesn't care about its customers. STAY AWAY at all costs! From now on I am sticking with Vistaprint. (Oh, and did I mention how rude and unpleasant their "customer service" reps were?)
