I recently sold my home in 10 days after posting here and a number of other sites. I have sold a home before and don't feel brokers do that much except hold your hands. Of all the sites I researched Owners.com was the easiest to use, professional and well priced. After I listed I called them up and ended up listing on the MLS with them. They had the best price and very professional service. Why pay 6% when a couple hundred bucks buys you all the services you really need?

site is easy to set up and edit for ongoing changes. Price to set up an account with up to 11 photos and full description is very reasonable. Only one problem no one apparently accesses this web site!!. I suspect they dont pay for google hits. I set this up primarly to test the market and expected at least one one or two hits in a month, but nothing. Since this site gets no action , go somewhere else.
