ParticipACTION is a private, not-for-profit corporation that was established in 1971. For nearly 30 years it has been a leading catalyst to encourage healthy, active living for all Canadians. Participaction collaborates with their partners/stakeholders and marshal resources to support the cause and make a difference in the lives of Canadians. Through a national communications program, ParticipACTION creates the dynamic that inspires Canadians to increase their physical activity and inspires society to make it easier to become more physically active
