we stopped at perkins on sunday, sept. 5th, and maybe because of the holiday the bread was day old tasteing, which was a disapointment as i love their bread bowl salads, i had to leave for home, took my salad with but still could not finish it, usually like the bread but not that day.we spent a lot of money there, to bad to be disapointed.

OUR RECENT OUTING AT THE PERKINS IN CONNEAUT, OHIO WAS A FINE EXPERIENCE. THE SERVER WAS VERY NICE, SERVICE WAS FAST AND THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD AND PLENTYFUL. WE WILL BE GOING THERE OFTEN.

We frequently eat at this Perkin's Restaurant which is on 494 & France Ave. The food is delicious; the service excellent; and the management is tops. Overall, it is a pleasure to dine here. Thanksgiving was spent here with our very good friends who also enjoyed it.

I would just like to say that I think that $2.49 is an outrageous price for a glass of iced tea. I think, as do many of my friends, that you should consider reducing the price. I am in The Villages in Lady Lake, FL and most of our restaurants charge considerably less.

Recently visited Perkins and was unable to order the potpie because the cook had not yet prepared them. I placed my order at 11:05am and was told it would be a while because they were not ready, then at 11:15 I was told it would be even longer because they were not yet started. I was quite disappointed. I did however order the country fried steak and was well satisfied with that. My only gripe is if the items are to be available at 11 am they should be available. I was not offered any compensation for my inconvenience disappointment. Note: two of us had met a friend that was there earlier so the receipt reflects the time he was seated and placed his order. This happened at store # 2539. on 10/14/09.

Oct 4/2009 dark day at Perkins store 3871 , 2675 Portage ave, Winnipeg, Manitoba , Canada. My wife and myself have been coming to this store for years with always a pleasant experience. However on Oct 4/2009 we waited for over 5 minutes to me seated and yet the restaurant appeared to be very quiet (no one at the front desk to seat anyone). Once seated we sat for over 15 minutes with no service. My wife spoke to the host that had seated us, her response was that she had told someone that we were seated. We simply gave up and left Where is "Herse" Whenever this manager is in the store, this place runs like clock work. Hope things improve soon

My husband and I ate at the Hamburg New York Perkins and we were very
dissapointed! Our server forgot my husbands sausage patties and my toast was burned! I cannot imagine she did not notice this before she served it. When she finally brought my husbands sausage I mentioned the toast. no apology or anything! ALSO ALL THE SERVERS APRONS WERE FILTHY. THEY ARE VERY INAPPROPRIATE FOR SERVING FOOD!

We have eaten at this site many times and are always satisfied.
Would recommend this Perkins to everyone.

My wife and two people who were our guests had a fine dinner at Perkins. It was nicely served by a pleasant waitress on a table we were able to choose. We enjoyed good food and conversation. my wife suggested we rern again.

My mother and I ate at Perkins last week. We had the nicest waitress, Angela 664. The place was fairly busy but she took great care of us and had a fantastic personality. The food was also very good.

Perkins has come a long way..DOWN,...What I use to get as a "SPECIAL" just a little while ago for $299 Breakfeast, 3 pancakes, bacon, eggs. is nowtwice as much, & your coffee $2.00 a pot, How much can one person drink,you should have an option of a pot or a cup, with refills. My friend had tiny amount of eggs, sausages,& a "SMALL" amount of potatos, & in less then five minutes, he said every thing was ice cold. And that was over $8.00, But the people were nice. Semper Fi

We always eat at Perkin's Restaurant in Lake Wales or adjacent towns. We ate at Perkins in Davenport, FL June 4, 2009 for breakfast, not only did we receive terrible service as people that walked in with us was served and left prior to us receiving our poor breakfast. We had
Waffles and they were not done so could not eat them and told the Mgr
and his reaction was: Sorry about that and very rudely. I have never had a bad breakfast or poor service until we went to this Perkins and now we are hesitate to return to any of them. We will NEVER go to the Davenport location again - NEVER! She said, "I am the trainer guess your waiter did not get your order turned into the kitchen in time." That was it! Very Very disappointed and will never eat there again and we are there due to our Hospital and Doctor's very often.

Poor wait time. My wife and I waited over 45 min. and still did not receive our food. We got numerous apologies but would have preferred getting our food. We paid for our coffee and muffin and left not eager to return.

we go to perkins at least 2 times per week. Kathy takes great care of us and remembers what we like best. she is always willing to share a smile and tell us about any specials. the restaurant is always clean and well managed which makes our dining experience always pleasant.

I was served along with eight of my friends,by a excellent server. Her name was Maryann. This was in Lewisburg Pa.;on Mothers Day(yesterday). She was very busy but,but she never forgot us.We all enjoyed our visit,and will return again.I also would like to say that all of the staff were very friendly and in fact I myself returned late evening for a snack. It is so nice to be treated like you are at home.

I dined with friends on last Friday at the Perkins at Colorado Blvd and Knox Court in Denver. Kristin was our waitress and she was excellent. She was prompt, had the orders right and was extremely pleasant. She is to be commended for her quality of service

I have been going to your restaurant here in Apopka since it opened. I came came for the biskets and gravy especially. You changed the formula so now it tastes like warmed over paste. When I complained to the manager I could not unstand her because of her strong accent and had to ask her to repate herself several times. Also I hate to be diturbed by noisy brats and asked to be seated in an area which had no children which they put me in the other room which was great till another sat a women her mother and a baby there also I asked them to leave. There was plenty of room in the restaurant. I raised my children to respect others rights by eating Quietly. Today's parent don't care about others rights. Why can't you ack like Catholics and turn the other room with a door into a crying room. Let the noisy people sit with the noisy people then they soon will get the message. I now go to Bob Evans for my biskets and gravy

I visited this Perkins in Venice Florida on Friday October 17, 2008 at 10:30 am for breakfast as I had just arrived from Philadelphia my boyfriend had on his Phillies attire as we had just won the game that let us to the world series the hostess was leading us into the seating area in the dining room then noticed my boyfriend had on his Phillies attire the hostess at that time proceeded to sit us at a corner table I asked the hostess if we were being punished she then stated YES because of of the Phillies attire I have never been treated this way just because of the clothes someone was wearing being we are from Philly we are proud to be going to the world series. I will never go to a Perkns Restaurant again no matter wear I am visiting.

My favorite meals are cajun chicken, granny's omelet, meat loaf and patty melts. I noticed a change in the grade of ground beef you are offering in the Onalaska store. It looks done however the taste isn't near the quality I am used to at Perkins. I prefer the previous grade you were serving. Great staff, great food, clean, wonderful service.
