On Sunday 8-15-10 I picked up a pizza at the Greenfield, WI location on south 27th St. and was totally disappointed with it. There was hardly any cheese or sauce and I had ordered sausage and pepperoni with mushrooms and had a hard time finding any! That will be my last time getting a pizza from Pizza Hut!!

On 3/26/10 my wife & I went Pizza Hut located on Washington Ave. Belleville, NJ 07109. Our experience there was terrible. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza. 45 min later we still were waiting for our pie. I asked my waittress what is going on, she answered its almost ready. A few more minutes went by I looked over at the counter my pie was laying there getting cold. finally the waittress brought it over it was luke warm. My wife and i got up and left. The manager said there is nothing we can do about it. This is the last i will ever go to any pizza hut.

I ordered a $10 large pizza with Canadian bacon and tomato. The C. bacon was cut into quarters and we counted enough quarters to make about 8 whole slices. I am not sure what it was, but I don't think the cheese was from a dairy product. The tomato was a joke. It looked as if they had measured out a tablespoon of chopped tomatoes and sprinkled them over the pizza; then into the oven all of this went to be overcooked. The C. bacon pieces were so thin that when baked they dried up and were hard. The tomato pieces were . . . very well cooked, the cheese was brown and crispy and the crust was like eating a piece of French bread. What has happened to you??? You used to sell a good pizza! Unfortunately for your company, there are several other places around that sell much better pizza for about the same price. I won't mind picking it up myself if it means it is edible. Even Round Table is selling a $10 pizza.

went to pizzahut Liecester sq yesterday evening(22.11.09) and the service and waiter was brilliant. The pizza was also brilliant and made a perfect end to the day. Highly recommended best ever.

I recently had my wallet stolen at a local Wallmart in Myrtle Beach. Even though it was caught on video, little was done to catch the thief even after filing a police report! I had to have a new bank card issued which takes up to 5 to 7 business days by mail. I drove by Pizza Hut in Surfside Beach on Bus17 around 5:30pm on Nov 16,and saw an employee holding a sign outside for 5$ pizzas. I pulled in and inquired about the pizza deal and asked if the mgr (Amanda) could take a check because my wallet had been stolen and she said they couldn't accept checks. I thanked her anyway and was getting ready to leave when she asked me how many I wanted and I said two. She said if I could wait a minute that she would get them for me and I asked her will my check be ok, and she said that no check was needed! I was amazed at the act of kindness after what indifference I have experienced with the police department and Walmart! I was devastated having lost valuable pictures of my family and everything else in my wallet, things you don't realize until later, like stamps, phone numbers forever gone, mementos from someone special,etc.! It renewed my faith in human kindness and I intend to pay it forward for someone else in the future! Amanda is an asset to this company and I most definitely will be back for the great service and great employee atmosphere I experienced there! Oh and the pizza was great as well!!!

l... love pizza-and after seeing your recentcommercialon tv- it was so mouth watering I knew I must have one--What a disappointment---I don't think it had any cheese and only a few other items for a supreme...Absolutely awful...Could it be because of that particular pizza hut in Gainesville Fl or are they prepared elsewhere? Sorry---thought you might like to know.

A month and a half ago I took my family to Pizza hut in Wharton. We ordered pizza, bread sticks, and wings. My wings never came,but when my ticket came in, I was being charged for them. Of course I didn't pay for them. A month ago we went back again, I had to get up anytime my family and i needed something. Plates, napkins, refills, and my bill! The service was bad that day. Today is 08/12/2009 I ordered to take home because I'm tried of the bad service. I ordered the edge, wings, and bread sticks. My pizza looked so bad I just threw it away. I called and asked to speak to a manager. They stated that she went home for the day and that she would return in the morning at 11am. I was very disappointed.
Pizza Hut was at one time my fav. Sorry to say I will not be going back.

The Highland store should have its food service license revoked. Filthy floors,sticky tables,and dirty dishes are not acceptable standards. Service was so bad that I had to request a refill at the service counter,and restuarant was not busy.

the oregon and wales store use to be ran without any problems,maybe u should think about hiring different people to run the store and then maybe u will see a change, the store always looks dirty know, the customers are ignored like i was ,and not even spoke with. The manager should have spoke with me, so is that helping a hurting store? Also I was in there 2 days ago, it wasn't busy my pizza was cold like they sold me a pizza that sat there for a while. I know I will go to another pizza hut from now on.

I trade at the Pizza Hut located at 4085 E. Mississippi Ave., Glendale, Co. The present manage you have, Mario Padilla, runs a good and very clean store. He and all employees are very courtious and polite. Mr. Padilla is always helpful and friendly. He presents a very good image for/and your company.

We ordered the 3 or more medium pizza's for $5.00 at the Pizza Hut in New Baltimore, Mi on 23 Mile Road and after we picked them up and went to eat, we discovered that the pizza's had barely any cheese (even the double cheese one) and minimal toppings. We have always enjoyed Pizza Hut's pizzas even though they usually cost more but from now on I'll take take the $5.00 large Little Ceasar's Pizza over the Pizza Mia's anytime!

Two or three weeks ago I ordered your alfredo pasta meal. It was delivered to me in Mankato, MN and I was charged $16.03. Paid it, sat down to eat. On the tv came ad add from Pizza Hut saying that that very meal I had just paid $16.03 for was a special for $10.95 or so. I called them. They said the add was before taxes and delivery. I live 5 blocks from the Pizza Hut and the add said that delivery was included in the $10.95. I no longer trust this little Pizza hut in Mankato, MN on Riverfront.

i went yesterday to bristol pizzahut with my family this ladie live us waiting for 30 min,to seat then she got the order ok but am seeing that more people come and there order are ready my son that is desable he was my pizza this lady came over and she said am sorry what did you order almost 2 hours and i repeat the order and she said i forgot or is lost i said what i tell her just give me my bill and she said i get the manager we only drink some soda i tell the manager look i be waiting to long and she lost the order i want the biil and the phone of customer she sain you could speek to me i said no i want some body superior then you no is only me i said no am a supervisor and i have somebody superior then me and she said just go. is the first and last time that i go to that pizzahut and i will not recomend to my customers and guest

Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza...until recently.
The last few times we ordered pizza we ordered extra sauce. There wasn't ANY sauce at all. I lifted up the toppings and there was absolutely no pizza sauce. I was very disappointed. I should have listened to my friends who told me pizza Hut is going down hill. It's to bad because they used to be awesome.

Iwas told twice that they would not deliver on SpringRun DR or Rd .However you want to put it. The first time,the clerk sat the phone down to ask the manager. When came back,I told him I did not live in the apartment.I live in a house at 251 SpringRun Dr. The other ocassion my brother tried to order,and they told him the same thing. Well any way ,we don't like Dominos but thats what we had to get because we could not get our food delivered to us.
