same problem as a hundred others, 2 polaroid tv,s and same black screen problems why cant something be done about this atrocity. one tv lasted several months, the other less than 2 years. lot of money for dispossible tv,s

I bought a 42" Polaroid in December 08,it went out in less than 9 months,sent it back to the company to get fixed, now less than 4 months it doesn't work again. They won't stand behind it so I am out $1100.00. Something NEEDS to be done with this company.

I always thought that the Polaroid name stood for quality, I was wrong, I purchased a 15 inch LCD TV with a 2 year service plan. It is still good for the rest of this month, but I will not use it as this time last year it went out. Audio and no video with 6 weeks of no TV while they replaced the part and now the same thing has happened again. I will not buy another Polaroid product.

Purchased this camara last year 5/07. Did not work was sent back and told unable to fix was sent out a new camera. Now in late oct. early
nov. the camera doesn't work. Company will not do anything about it, it
had to be within a year of the purchase and not when we received the
new camera. Will never by another polaroid product again. Advise anyone reading this not to purchase a polaroid product.

Bought a 15.4 in. HD TV 13 months ago from Wal-Mart and the picture just went blank. Can still hear sound but the screen is black. My one year Manuf. Warranty expired so nothing can be done. I'm out $250 dollars. I highly recommend that any one veiwing this message, pass on this info to other consumers. These TV's are junk. So look for a brand other than this one.

I bought a polaroid at Walmart. It has been less than a year and for god sake keep your receipts and warranty. I did not or should I say it is lost. Anyway the screen turned blue and no signal was in the corner and the volume screeched. After 15 to 20 minutes the screen would start flashing and the picture would come on. The screech was still there. Well I just got the word on the repairs and the mother board is out and it will be over $800 to fix. Most other tvs will have interchangeable parts but not Polaroids. Why I don't know but it has been an expensive situation.
