I get a bill once a month. I try to pay my bill on line and low and behold the website is always down. You call them on the phone and they want take your payment over the phone because they use a TPA which charges a fee. This company sucks and if I go one more month with the website being down, I'm taking my business somewhere else. Qwest and high speed internet, yeah right, why would I trust my internet service with them and there website is more down then it it up. YOU SUCK QWEST!

received mail about Qwest high-speed internet* and Directv* for $59.98 Quest is still billing me for Qwest TV - I call and the first people see that I'm being over billed - but the billing department - can not understand it - my bill is now $196.04, I can not get any one to help - I was given a name and phone number for a "Sarah" but noone there knows a Sarah. this is sad. I'm going to try chanel 12 to see if they can get some information.

Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Will promise you everything but cannot deliver.
Check the billing every month. They will over bill you.
Very very bad customer service.

The worst service I haave had in 75 years

I tried calling. Phone company and no one to answer the phone. Hire more people if you are really concerned about costomer service. Tried qwest.com and got 10,000 pages and no billing request page. Why am i getting billed every other month for Direct TV sometime and every month sometime. Keep us confused and you can over bill and no one can figure it out. Every time we have a thumder storm. our phone goes out. Your CEO gets millions and you get peanuts along with your customers.

A week an a half ago I got the dsl package right after he left not sowing me hardly anything. I could not get the icon to work. So I had to on the free cd of aol which i hate because it shuts down constantly. So I called your inept techs besides not knowing a clue they wanted me to go somewhere else. Now I have a sign coming up saying malware threats. I was going to get the televission next month. Not now. If the techs here are so inept. My god how bad are they there. I was going to ask to get the phone service since mine is broke. I dont know I really had high hopes about qwest not to be like cable.
