Popups and Wierd Website ergonomics

The site is TOO cluttered. But the WORST possible strategy any current generation .com company can do is make generous use of popups - which REDIFF does with gay abandon.

The bright colors are still tolerable but the cluttered looks very unprofessional. Were they trying to cram all links in the internet onto one page?

Rediff management should fire the manager who's overseeing this horror and do a complete rejig of the site.
