They came crated... when we got the product to the job site and opened the crate and all the little boxes inside we had a damaged column... They said they were sorry that it was damaged and they would gladly SELL US another one, because the RECEPTIONIST did not open a large crate and all the boxes inside. I'm not sure which school of business she went to, but I'm sure none of them will tell you to ask customers for their password, and I DON'T GIVE MY PASSWORDS TO ANYONE!!! How dare they ask! When that failed, she then asks me to send a copy of my drivers license and passport! Like WTF? With all of the identity theft in this country you expect me to just send you my personal records? Get real!!! She then says its for my own security. I'm sorry, giving out my password, drivers license, and passport is NOT secure. So after I refused to comply with her requests, I get an email about 30 minutes later notifying me that they have cancelled my order. So basically if I want to buy something from this company, I have to first provide them with all the information they need to steal my identity, or they won't sell me anything? Ridiculous! When my friend purchased an Advanced Combat Helmet from Sarkar Defence, I wore it for about an hour and found it very comfortable. I too sold it and I am very happy with my purchase. Gigapros is decent as long as you don't need anything too complex handled by support. They have really friendly and kind staff who is always there for all the customers! Good uptime, great informative support, highest packages usability due to large number of useful features absent at the other providers, upgraded cPanel control panel. I was told they knew the software I was leaving and knew how to export the data. I would only recommend it if you have the staff to do the transition on your own without any help. I got the dressed made to my measurements - make sure that you watch the 'how to take measurements tape', this was very helpful. We were careful to get it right and the dress fits well as a result.
