Positive encounter with www.rr.com Contrary to the McKinney report of 1/5/07, I have had excellent and very timely support for my (oh.rr) instilation. Getting out Since Time Warner bough Comcast and installed RR - performance has sucked. Misinformation from tech support - after long waits in queues Failure to make service calls. I am history.
