Placed an order online about a month ago. Didn’t’ receive any phone call or email. Still waiting for shipment. After I tried to contact them many times, finally someone called me back and informed me that they can’t honor the price I paid because they failed to update higher pricing online. Therefore, if I want to keep this order, I’ll need to pay an additional $220. HOW ABSURD! Furthermore, the supervisor, Craig, did not want to get on the phone to talk to me. BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE. This is the most poor customer service I have encountered with an online purchase.
