beware...they hide behind a slick website

After reading other reviews, I felt lucky I only lost $85. After they sent wrong piece of junk cooling unit and I sent it back, they lied about when they would ship correct unit. Then,they wouldn't answer my calls.They shipped another unit ( which I refused) 2 weeks after they said they would. Still wouldn't answer calls. Stopped credit card but they tagged me for $85 "non-refundable". They may write their own reviews. Slick website. Look carefully at any business that claims to rebuild these units.
