I was NOT fully satisfied at all; I contacted them and returned my purchase and they told me I would be refunded my full purchase price. THAT'S WHAT THEIR EMAIL TO ME SAYS VERY CLEARLY, PERIOD. Then they changed their mind and would only offer a credit (yeah, like I want to buy more from them). Thank god I used a Visa card for my purchase, with buyer protection; I protested the charges with Visa and they fully agreed with me and cancelled payment. THESE PEOPLE LIED RIGHT TO MY FACE AND ABSOLUTELY DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH ANYTHING NEAR "100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION," as they promise all over their site.
