On June 29th. I visited Sam's.. I use your electric scooters to shop. Your staff was great providing assistance & the check out lady,( Wanda) was extremely helpful to me... She helped unload my cart, helped me with signing my name,& accompanied me to the exit door, called for someone to help load the merchandise in the car... Took back my electric cart and returned with the walker I had used to get into Sam's.. She went out of her way to help me and was very pleasant about doing so... I think she desevers recognition... She is an excellent employee and I appreciate it...

I have gone online to order and in the store itself. It took all day to order online. They did not get the order right and kept getting my password and name screwed up. I had to call on the phone and then I was disconnected several times and put to the wrong dept each time. It was finally resolved but it took all day. And the customer service at the store and on the phone has alot of improvement needed. The credit card dept is also rude. We will not renew our membership and we closed our account. There are to many good stores online and out in retail that are great to deal with. Sams is not one of them !!

I just bought your member's mark "tall" kitchen drawstring trash bags.On the box is a picture of a trash can with the drawstring bag in it. When I opened the package it has 150 2foot x 2foot bags. It is supposed to hold 13 gallons.HA!!!I really don't like false advertising.

I just wasted over an hour of my life attempting to purchase something through samsclub.com. First, for no reason, it didn't recognize my password, so I had to reset it, but it then failed to recognize my new password, so I had to call and have them delete my account and re-register me, and of course, issue a new password. The site then failed to recognize this password, and I had to get another one. When this obstacle was finally surmounted, I attempted to pay for the item using my Sam's Club credit card, only to be told that I don't have one (not true). I then attempted to pay using my checking account, just to be told that the account information I had entered was invalid (not true). I finally gave up, and am not going to make the mistake of trying to use samsclub.com again.
