 Terrible customer service
I just ordered 12 dozen photo cards from snapfish, but when they sent me my order confirmation, they had the shipping address down as the billing address (not what I input into the website!). I contacted them immediately to change it but the customer service agent that got back to me said once an order is placed there is nothing they can do (talk about ridiculous). I complained again and was told someone would get back to me. I still haven't heard back from them (a week later). In the meantime, my order was shipped, 3 days after I placed the order and contacted them about changing the address. I myself called FedEx to see if they could reroute the package or at least require a signature on the package, but they said that only the shipper could do that. So I contacted snapfish yet again to tell them that they COULD in fact change the shipping address, but they did nothing and my package was delivered, and left in an unsecure location where anyone could take it, and now I will never receive it and will need to fight tooth and nail with snapfish to try and get my money back. I will NOT be doing business with them ever again and I suggest that no one else does either. Try shutterfly, they are much more user-friendly and cooperative and helpful towards their customers!!!
