VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH PROMISES AND GUARANTEES! I placed an order for birthday invitations on July 30 and was guaranteed that my order would be sent out on July 31. Today is August 8 and I have STILL not received my order. This company OBVIOUSLY does not adhere to their guarantees and obviously did not mail the order when promised. POOR SERVICE!

Terrible Customer Service!!! Extremely Rude Management!!! I ordered invitations for an important party from this company. I triple-checked what I submitted to make sure it was correct. The invitations I received from them had the wrong address! They refused to overnight the correct invitations to me - which would have allowed enough time for me to mail them out. Their only offer was to refund me $5 for the inconvenience. I even offered to split the cost of the overnight shipping (although I had already paid for my order) and they still refused. I will never purchase anything from this company again. I suggest you steer clear from Stork Avenue!!!
