So unprofessional people,they own the matrix nutrition brand as well,and they seem both dodgy,with no contact number on both fancy web sites???. no answer if you try to contact them by email.here is the proof:
check both web site,supplements centre and matrix nutrition contact,both have the same address but no contact number,plus the prices of their main product is a bit dodgy.Be careful where you put your money and health.

Sent me wrong item - and the blocked me on ebay from contacting them. STAY AWAY

Do not be tempted by the low prices! Avoid at all costs...I ordered several items worth GBP 120 approx and they charged me right away...for the whole order even though they had 2 items out of stock, then they refunded me for those 2 items and shipped the rest, without asking whether to proceed or not with the order. It is supposed to be shipped with DHL international, but almost 2 weeks later I haven't received anything and they won't answer my emails...never again, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed now after reading the other reviews...

These people charged $126 dollars on my credit card. I was billed by their company but have never heard of them till I checked my bank statement. I was told by my credit card co. that they have had many complaints about this website. I would not trust them! I am sure they are being investigated.

Ordered Reflex Instant Whey but instead got Instant Mass. Emailed customer support as there is NO phone number but no rely what so ever! DO NOT USE!

I want to be fair to Supp. Centre. I've ordered in the past and got everything that I wanted quickly and for a great price. Now, I ordered on 9 Feb, and received on 23 Feb. Given the delay, I got worried and this was compounded by a lack of email response. I also tried various tel. nos, but to no avail. When the delivery came, it seems that part of my order was out of stock and so they waited before making the total delivery. However, it would have been nice to know what was going on in the meantime. The moral of the story (or so it would seem): if you have faith and can wait for them to deliver, then they will likely come good (eventually if they dont have the product in stock), but do not expect any response to your email/tel. queries.

Ive used SC for a number off years and have always found their prices and service to be great. If you sign up for their news letters they also do some unbeatable deals. I'm waiting for the Matrix Whey to be dropped in price again!

Ordered £110.00 worth of product including two tubs of scivation xtend and some other supps from scivation. After 4 days had passed i decided to send them an email to see where my order was? no reply what so ever! Tried emailing 3 more times and still NOTHING!

Currently going through a dispute on paypal which i fortunately used as i should get my money back as they are to cowardly to respond to my open dispute!

Total bunch of cowboys. Completely unprofessional and i would discourage anybody from ordering from this site.

Ordered 6 boxes of promax meal bars. On arrival 4 of the boxes were MORE THAN A YEAR past their best before date, one of them was 6 months past and the other was 1 month past. I emailed them to get a refund and was told to send them back, with the postage receipt and he would 'sort it'. They then refunded the original cost, ignoring the £11 it cost me to return them. They then failed to respond to several emails asking where the postage refund was.

Do not touch them with a barge pole.

i ordered matrix nutrition 5kg whey protein when it arrived they had sent me 4kg's of mass gainer which is not what i ordered. i've tried to email and ring them with no answer.

Very disappointing. It has been six weeks since I placed my order and I am still without delivery.
The company doesn't have a contact number and the only way to contact is my e-mail. I have sent in the region of 20 e-mails with no response.

I have used this online store once, but will never use them again. I ordered two items, one of them Reflex Bulgarian Tribulus. The company sent me Tribulus from a company I had never heard of (the product looked like a cheaper version). They did not reply to two complaints I made to them. I returned the item I had not ordered; although they eventually sent me The Reflex Tribulus, there was no communication from them, no apology; and they are ignoring my request for reimbursement of the cost I incurred returning the item I had not ordered in the first place.
My advice - do not use this company.

I brought the Reflex whey they had on offer plus Prolab BCAAs. Got the order within 2 days plus a free shaker and T Shirt!!! lol 5 star!
